The best location for outlet shopping. The room is small, but there is no inconvenience.The price was reasonable. The facilities are good, clean, and the staff service is good. There is no mini fridge/electric kettle/ safe . The hotel room is quiet, and the bed and blankets are clean and comfortable. The shower room is clean and the shower water pressure is strong. There is an underground parking lot in the hotel. Since it is shared with the outlet parking lot, at first the parking staff did not allow us to enter the parking lot, saying that the parking lot was full and told us to use another parking lot.(From the beginning we told the parking staff that we had a hotel reservation, but he kept refusing to let us into the parking lot. We went to other parking lots several times but there were no spaces so we came back to the hotel parking lot. We told him again that we had contacted the hotel staff and he finally allowed us into the parking lot. There were plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. I don't understand why they blocked the entrance to the parking lot. It took us 30 minutes to find a parking space during this process.) The parking lot is big and plentiful. If you stay at the hotel you can get -50% discount on parking (10€/24 hours).

Just a stay cation in loft style. Rooms are pretty small but well organized. And again... no toothbrush, vanity kit, 😢 it is disposable guys! Stop to excuse with covid

We had the worst Marriott affiliated stay ever here. Upon arrival had to wait in the lobby, as they were sure that our room was ready. Note to add that we arrived at 1700 and checking is at 1500. The beds felt like concrete. Our roof sprang a leak in the middle of the night (so we got to here the drip, drip... All night long). The AC did not work and we were better of opening windows. There were cardboard boxes and staff items just randomly stacked outside our room that seemed to be stored there. The elevators were extremely slow (and small) and the area leading up from the VIP parking was saturated with the smell of urine, no way the hotel isn't aware. We chose not to eat breakfast as €20 pp wa steep for pastries and some scrambled eggs. For a new hotel I was quite disappointed with the state of this place. The only redeeming quality was location, as we came to shop the outlet.

Rooms are quite small but if you are alone it is fine. Besides that, there are no microwave or fridge which makes it a little inconvenient, which is also good, means we get to support the German local restaurant haha! There is also no laundry here in contrary that mariott Bonvoy usually have laundry rooms at least in the US and Singapore. The location is a ladies heaven, plenty of outlets here for window shopping, but not so much for me :c The best thing here is the service here.

Me and my extended family was there for just 1 night and had an unfortunate event (one of our rental car got locked when the key was inside) tried calling Hertz the rental company that we rent but it was useless. Mr Giuseppe who happen to be the duty manager on that day literally settled everything for me….from calling his contact of the roadside assistance and letting us use the hotel lobby while the breakdown team come to our rescue and (yes thats 14 of us including kids) No words can describe how much Mr Giuseppe and his fellow teams members had gone out of his way and beyond to help us! From the bottom of my heart…Thank you Sir!

What a fantastic stay! The hotel is located perfectly, my room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Thank you so much, especially to Michel and Teresa who were very kind and diligent. I'll come back to the Moxy if I'm again in Metzingen !

It’s a brand new hotel situated in the city center of metzingen! Great for shopping, a few restaurants in the area.The hotel itself is beautiful inside, great service, food, the staff is friendly.The rooms are so cool and so are the themes around the hotel.Would definitely stay here again!!!
