Apartment 21 was very spacious. Everything was clean except for a few spiders. All rooms have a large television. The biggest point of criticism is the balcony. The apartment was advertised as having a balcony, but this can only be reached via a staircase in the hallway. It is dirty, shady and not private as it is on the corridor to other apartments. We didn't use it. There are also a few defects in the apartment. The radio doesn't turn on, the shower heads spray everywhere and a few other minor things. Since you are not allowed to leave any food behind under the threat of a fine, you have to buy everything new when you arrive. Sugar, salt, oil, spices.

We had a really nice holiday apartment here. Stylish and cozy furnishings, a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, modern bathrooms and large bedrooms. The balcony was also really big.Cleanliness was 1a.We were right above the Italian restaurant and we didn't find it noisy. We would have liked to have stayed longer. The location is great, very close to the beach. Right on the tourist shopping mile. There is parking space to each apartment and an elevator so luggage can be easily loaded and unloaded.

A really nice apartment in a prime location. Very clean and well equipped - if it weren't for the tiny fridge/freezer compared to the size of the apartment. …

Nice apartment, very spacious, but it was very noisy all day until late at night due to the pizzeria downstairs in the house and the cocktail and ice cream stand downstairs, also due to the compressor of the pasta machine practically right under the bed. There is constant music and you can't sit in peace on the beautiful, large balcony. It's a shame... if you like a holiday on the Italian beach promenade, this is the right place for you.

The apartment itself was good. But in the restaurant on the ground floor, loud music plays all day long, sometimes until midnight. The employees make so much noise while cleaning up that you have to close the windows if you want some peace and quiet (e.g. because you go to bed at 11 p.m.). Unfortunately, the balcony is hardly usable because Italo pop is playing all the time. The bedroom also sounds loud in the morning because some kitchen appliances are apparently running downstairs. Not recommended unless you live in the back or something similar.

Apartment is completely sufficient. Enough space for 4 people. The Italian restaurant is very disturbing. The bed and the bedroom door also make noises. A restful night looks different

The house is OK so far. But apartment 2 is really bad. They don't tell you that it's right next to the pizzeria. The apartment is very dark and the living room cannot be ventilated for long in the evening because the smells from the pizzeria are very strong. The terrace overlooks a stone wall. Definitely too expensive for this price.

A really nice apartment in a prime location. Very clean and well equipped - if it weren't for the tiny fridge/freezer compared to the size of the apartment.Contrary to what was announced, a check-in did NOT take place. A text message said we had to navigate our way through the restaurant below. We could also only pay the tourist tax by going to the spa administration ourselves. The two beautiful balconies remained unused because the Italian pop from the pizzeria down there that started in the morning was just annoying. Often enough this could even be heard through the closed windows. This constant (for us unbearable nuisance) pizza music that blared into the night would probably only be enjoyed by very hardened visitors. Unfortunately, we noticed too late that similar complaints from previous guests for years had not brought about any changes.Repetition excluded!
