I spent a long weekend in the holiday apartment with 2 friends.We couldn't have imagined anything better for our short trip to Rügen in Sellin. Everything is super neat and tidy. Great facilities! The location is also great, as it's not a long walk to the pier/beach and you can easily get into the forest from the Imperator, where you can go for a nice hike or walk. In addition, everything is very easy to reach on foot. If you arrive by car, there are parking spaces behind the house in front of others, simply mega!

Lovely, large holiday apartment, a short walk from the pier. Pickup and departure were completely problem-free. We felt super comfortable. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people, otherwise there will be a shortage of crockery and cutlery.

Very nice apartment. Unfortunately, something needs to be done. The armchair in the living room is broken and the night rises there and the "nails" are sticking out. It's starting to mold in the bathroom. A few more glasses would be nice too.

But we knew the holiday apartment was a bit “old school” beforehand. Location very quiet, optimal, very spacious, furnishings good. But on-site support, oh well. Our arrival was probably a surprise, the apartment hadn't been cleaned yet (forgotten), about 100 square meters were cleaned in an hour, sorry, you could see that. We were then able to witness the cleaning of the neighboring apartment live, no comment. The villa has the potential for more stars.

Arrival without any problems, key picked up and in, even at 10 due to the limited people we had with us.The apartment is so great, everything is clean and tidy, some doors hang a little crooked, such as on the refrigerator and balcony windows, which is a little annoying. The information that the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people is very brief! For 4 people it's ok for the 5th. Maybe it's also a sofa bed so it makes sleeping difficult (Imperator 2).It is also important to mention the parking lot, which in my opinion cannot be used at this time of year because the acorns pop from the tree directly onto the car from morning to evening. This is something to keep in mind for car lovers. Another negative point is the WiFi is very poor or actually non-existent, we measured just 0.89 mb.But otherwise neat and good.

Not so clean anymore, parking fees have to be paid for an unkempt parking lot. Mold on the dishwasher and bloody handkerchief behind the sofa. So bad cleaning! It's a shame, it was nice and cleaner.
