We have been guests of the Franz family in the Sleeping Beauty House for 3 years in a row. The apartments are clean, everything is there and we always felt very comfortable. A great place to stay in Göhren! Any time!

In September I rented a holiday apartment at Pension Fischer Franz for 6 days. I was very satisfied and felt really comfortable there with my dog. After reading the reviews, I actually didn't want to rent there. Now I've been there personally and I have to say, I don't understand the negative reviews. The apartment was clean, there were no unpleasant smells and everything you need in a holiday apartment was there. She wasn't too small either. Bed linen, towels and the parking space right in front of the door were included. The price-performance ratio was good. I was really very satisfied and would love to come back.It took me less than 5 minutes to walk and I was on the pristine Baltic Sea beach. Great for dogs too.5 minutes in the other direction and you're at Kaffee Franz. The daughter runs this company and the cake is so exceptionally good that even though I don't particularly like eating cake, I ate cake there every single day.In summary, I can only recommend this accommodation and the coffee.

Never this accommodation again!!! The furnishings are very worn out (Gelsenkirchen Baroque sends greetings), the room was terribly crowded, the bathroom had no windows, everything was extremely cramped, not comfortable at all. I always had the door handle to the room in my hand. Enough income will probably be collected to renew the furniture or make it more modern. The walls were decorated with old dead insects. Or what ever?! The owner was always moody and we tried to talk to her as little as possible. It's good to consider spending your nice vacation there.!!!!

The room was relatively clean. A few animal hairs on the armchairs. The furnishings of the room as well as the furnishings of the bathroom would have to come from the 70s. Everything smells a bit like old wood and ventilation doesn't really work because there are only 2 windows in the room. If you open it, the coffee guests can look directly into the room.There is no window in the very small bathroom. This is a bit reminiscent of a sauna when you take a shower in the bathtub.The bathroom door has a glass pane, which isn't great for privacy.The double room I had with my colleague was extremely small.There is no service.There is no breakfast either.Unfortunately, everyone there gets a little annoyed when you ask about the room.It's only a 10-minute walk to Göhren.We wouldn't check in there again.

We can't agree with the bad reviews. We have been coming to the Franz family on the beautiful island of Rügen for years. And the apartments we have rented so far have always been clean and tidy. If something was missing or not right, you just had to let us know and it would be taken care of as quickly as possible. All I can say about the kitchen equipment is that it is completely sufficient. Of course it's not like the kitchen at home where you have everything, but it's definitely enough for a two-week vacation. The apartments are also not very noisy, I think the problem today unfortunately lies with all of us, unfortunately there is no coexistence anymore. Everyone only sees themselves. (Many people have their own home and can do whatever they want. And when you live in an apartment building on vacation, in my opinion, that's coexistence). If something like that bothers you, you have to rent a house.We continue to enjoy coming to the Franz family on the most beautiful island in Germany

We felt very comfortable. And would come again and again. The breakfast was like at home, very tasty. Especially the homemade jam!!!The towels were changed daily, the beds were made and the trash cans were emptied. I can't agree with the negative reviews.

At night we were woken up by a ringing bell, without an apology. Dogs also bark at night from the apartment above us, as well as poor impact sound insulation.Kitchen equipment poor, service generally non-existent. Cupboards dusty when taken over, small black beetles in the apartment as permanent guests.No recommendation for annual vacation.

Found it by chance and stopped in for coffee. Very nice host. The cake was so delicious, there was room in my stomach for 2 pieces. We found the garden idyllic.A tip for the innkeeper: The red flowers in front of the house are red spur flowers.Steinbrecher family
