The guesthouse is located directly at the “Parkplatz Klünderberg” bus stop. The walk up the “mountain” was a bit strenuous. Rooms have everything you need, hairdryer on request. Clean. Plentiful breakfast. Quiet location, easy access to the city center/Baltic Sea

The beautiful beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The guesthouse is small but cozy, the host is extremely friendly and helpful and gives good tips. You feel welcome. The rooms are clean and there is a small refrigerator. We would love to spend a few days there again!

A small cozy guesthouse. And the host was/is very nice and helpful. Very quiet location and yet close to the beach/pier.The room was comfortable, very clean and everything you needed was there.

We visited this guesthouse for the second time this year. We already enjoyed our first visit of 2020. As last time, the owner was very friendly, considerate and understanding, as we unfortunately had to leave a little earlier than planned because our daughter fell ill. The rooms have everything you need to stay overnight. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels and bed linen are all already available. There was also enough space for a double bed and a travel baby bed. You don't need anything more because you're actually only there to sleep. But there is also a TV and WiFi for a quieter evening. The location is great, on the road but not too busy and not too far from the beach. Nearby there is a playground where there are also small rabbits, free-living of course! The breakfast is very attractively prepared every day, you can take whatever you want. Uwe asks every morning what you would like to drink and brings it to the table, which is really great and not a given. The beach in Binz is very beautiful and very clean, as is the city. The seagulls are very cheeky and voracious, so be careful when eating.Conclusion: We will go there again next year, we just like it there too much.

Dirty breakfast on several days (juice, milk), politically questionable slogans from the operator without asking, rooms and bathrooms that are far too small, no personal welcome upon arrival and much more. We felt like troublemakers and not guests.

Bathroom way too small. When I left the shower I stood with 1 foot in the toilet pot. Hand cloths old and hard. Buffet too small. Apples started to rot. The price was €4 too much. Breakfast room too cold. You couldn't have breakfast in peace. Leaving was like being kicked out!!!

The rooms are completely sufficient for a short stay. Restaurants, snack bars and shopping opportunities within walking distance. Walking from the train station to the hotel is doable, but the last part of the route is very strenuous with heavy luggage as it is constantly going uphill.The owner of the guesthouse is very communicative.
