Wonderfully situated on the beach front, easy access to all the restaurants, walking trails, ferries and train station. The apartments are newly renovated, bright airy and beach-chic and have all the luxuries one would need for a self catered vacation. The staff are extremely attentive and very welcoming. would not hesitate to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay (July 29th to August 5th, 2024) at Villa Baltik. The location is great, the apartment is very nice. The terrace directly facing the lake is absolutely amazing. Personally, I would like to have a fly screen on the window. I don't like mosquitoes... laugh...Great service, friendly staff and always someone there to turn to. Either in person or by telephone. We would like to come again. The child also felt comfortable. Thanks for the great stay.Best regardsGroth family 🩷

We really enjoyed our stay in September this year. The location of Villa Baltik is great. We were very impressed with our apartment, everything was there to feel comfortable and the cleanliness was also very good. We look forward to checking in here again.

True to the original and high-quality renovated Art Nouveau villa in resort architecture with a fantastic location in the historic villa district of Binz. Magnificent Baltic Sea view of the Binzer Bay and the pier and only separated from the dunes and the white sandy beach by the promenade. At the back, the villa borders on the city park, which is also a vitality, art and culture park. The pedestrian zone with many shops, the tourist information office, the most popular restaurants, the event center and the pier are just a few steps away and yet the location is absolutely quiet. The interior design is modern but not luxurious. The apartments usually have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies with sea views. The mattresses are relatively firm. The bedrooms have blackout curtains that work very well. The spacious balconies are furnished with two sun loungers and a seating area for four people. We have already been able to book and live in two different apartments. The third is already reserved. The house has 9 apartments, which are unfortunately almost always fully booked. When the weather is good you have a Caribbean feeling. The photos are from July 2023.

We have now been to Villa Baltik several times. The highlight here is the location right on the beach promenade.Unfortunately, that was it again. We were previously quite happy with the apartment and wanted to book again this year. If you try to book 2 years in advance, it apparently doesn't work. A year and a half in advance, the apartment you wanted is supposedly gone again. When you ask, it is then clearly explained to you that the apartment is reserved for regular customers. Strangely enough, the apartments were not fully occupied during our stay.Over the years, the previously newly renovated and beautiful apartments have apparently become quite worn out again. This manifests itself, for example, in sagging mattresses where you can notice the springs, creaking beds, squeaking doors, jamming balcony doors that can only be opened with rough force, and moldy joints in the shower. The highlight in a negative sense is the lack of cleaning of the apartment. Since we already had dirty socks when we arrived, we mopped the floor ourselves. Just saying, the mop was black afterwards.By the way, the blackout curtains don't completely darken the room because they simply aren't wide enough.Unfortunately we didn't feel welcome in the property either. In other properties you are greeted in a friendly manner and feel valued; here you are first shown the rubbish bins when you arrive. I think that is meaningful enough in the context of the process described above when trying to make a booking.Together with the overnight accommodation fee, which has increased every year (recently the previously included parking space also costs extra), the price-performance ratio no longer suits us at all. The location isn't everything. We will definitely reorient ourselves in the future.Update on Ms Löw's answer:The balcony door was already stuck on our last visit, back then in the other apartment. I reported this straight away and was given the same excuse as you, that it had been discontinued and that it was due to the weather. Incidentally, even a good manager should notice something like this when walking through the apartment, as well as the dirty floors and creaking doors. That's what you can expect in the price range you're asking, just like a decent broom and a working vacuum cleaner. Neither was given. Regarding first come, first serve, I would be happy to share my experiences with your manager in a personal conversation. As you stated, there is definitely no action being taken. But as I said, there are other, more family-friendly hosts with whom I will leave my money in the future.

The terrace with a view of the sea is magnificent. In apartment 2 everything was very clean and you had everything you needed. Bathrooms in very good and modern condition. We felt very comfortable. …

Villa Baltik is one of the well-maintained spa-style villas in the quiet part of the beach promenade, which, in contrast to the other villas around it, has spacious balconies and loggias facing the lake and land. …
