Bad service, I stayed 3 days and 3 nights. The bathroom is very dirty. The pillow smells bad, I dried t-shirts and clothes in the top floor 5 days ago and they disappeared, even though the cleaning service knew. If it is a strategic location in front of the Ampel cemetery

Close to Sunan Ampel's grave, prepare hot tea in the morning, in front of the homestay there are people selling rice🥰If you want to go out at night, always stay with the homestay lady, "be careful with your cell phone, you'll be afraid of pickpockets."

When you arrived at night, the receptionist service, ladies and gentlemen, was too rude and rude. Room orders do not comply with the initial booking agreement. For service in the morning and afternoon, the receptionists are very friendly and kind.

The accommodation is simple, there is air conditioning. It's very suitable for just lying down while waiting for the ferry schedule.The distance is not too far. It is located in the Walisongo Sunan Ampel Cemetery area so the surrounding area is always busy.Recommended if just for a short break.

In general, Almeira homestay is good in terms of facilities, service and location. What needs to be increased is perhaps the number of employees. Considering the amount of work done there are only 4 employees. For example, not adding employees might also be okay. However, the division of employee working hours must be clear and orderly. Yesterday, when several people were checking in, they had to wait a long time because some of the empty rooms were not ready for new guests. the reason is that the cleaning staff is not yet present. Don't let it happen again. Sorry and thank you 🙏For those who want to make a pilgrimage to Sunan Ampel's grave for a few days, or just wander around Surabaya, Almeira homestay is highly recommended. Because of its strategic location, affordable prices, free hot tea drinks in the morning. 👍

The AC is cold, there are blankets. Got the price of 200 thousand, there was no bath soap and toothbrush, asked for hot water to be given 😩, strategic location near the Sunan Ampel pilgrimage area, Boto Putih, Habib NeonThe receptionist is very unfriendly, please improve the employees and the service.

The receptionist was not very friendly, the bed was quite clean but lacked blankets. Those who said free coffee and tea but asked for hot water were ignored by the receptionist. I was really disappointed with the female receptionist who was on the morning shift.
