Haus Colmsee is a nice, small hotel without breakfast but close to the beach with sea views in most rooms.The rooms are furnished as farm rooms and are very clean. There is a small kitchen in the room without a stove. But with a fridge and everything else you need to prepare breakfast. The bathroom is nice and big with a shower. I was able to book July at short notice. This is not otherwise possible in Binz. The staff is very friendly. You'll be happy to come back there.

We had a good time…From our point of view, the location is great, a little away from the main stream of tourists and right on the beach. A few meters separate the front door from the fine sandy beach… public toilet? No, the way to the accommodation is shorter. Forget something? No problem…We were given a very warm welcome and given some recommendations, as well as a short excursion into the history of Binz. Our room on the second floor had a sea view, a real sea view... and not "lean far out of the window... back there... yes, the little blue one...". Breakfast while the large windows were wide open replaced the balcony.Clear recommendation from our side.The internet could be faster...

Haus Colmsee is located directly on the beach, which is the big advantage. There is no breakfast there, but you can prepare it yourself in the individual rooms. You are far away from the noise, but you can easily walk to the pier and downtown Binz.

Super friendly welcome, the communication before arrival was very uncomplicated and nice, our suitcases were taken from us and carried into the room, and we are only there for the second day. Let's see what happens. Oh yes, the sea view is fantastic. Thank you very much in advance, we are thrilled.

Top location close to the beach, very friendly welcome with lots of good onesExcursion tips. Unfortunately, breakfast is not possible in the house, which is a shame. The beds are very narrow, but everything else is perfect.

Very nice house, family-run guesthouse, only 15 rooms, therefore quiet, good breakfast (available separately) very friendly staff, great location directly on the east side of the beach promenade, 50 m to the beach.Unfortunately there is no elevator to the upper floors, so only 4 stars, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

We were lucky enough to get a room at short notice and were very positively surprised, nicely furnished room, adequate breakfast, friendly staff and what is also very pleasant is the immediate proximity to the beach and promenade.We would love to come back and are already looking forward to the week in September.
