Great stay in the Sonnenschein apartment house! The location is perfect, the beach is only a few meters away. The key handover still worked without any problems, even at a late hour. The accommodation was clean and had everything you could need. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful - I'll definitely be back! :)

A successful holiday not only depends on the weather but also on the accommodation. Very centrally located, very good information for excursions.It was easy to feel comfortable straight away and the welcome was very friendly.A very clean, lovingly furnished apartment. Gladly again at any time.

Nicely located and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The service is good (they waited for us until 9 p.m. and served beer). You can hear the water when you fall asleep. The rooms are clean and offer enough comfort for a short trip or longer stay. We were only there for two days, but we were still warmly welcomed. Big praise for that.

The house is very centrally located, not far from the beach and still quiet. Restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. We had a one-room apartment for a few days. At the moment the restaurant in the house is still being renovated, so we made our own breakfast, but that wasn't a problem because the small kitchen had everything we needed...except a really sharp knife. But I wouldn't have wanted to cook there because the stove only had 2 burners. Small defects were corrected immediately ... and the owners are very friendly. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back...

The location of the apartment scores points with its location. The operator is very nice, helpful and always friendly.The 1 room apartment is quite small. Using the kitchenette requires some skill. I also know the equipment (salt/spices/sharp kitchen knives/bowls) differently from holiday apartments.

Were on a short vacation. Rooms are equipped with everything you need. It was neat and clean. The operators were very nice. Short distances to the beach and shopping opportunities. Parking space directly behind the house. Highly recommended. Greetings, see you soon

The apartment house is in a good location, close to the beach but still very quiet.The rooms are clean and the kitchenette is well equipped.There is a parking space available (chargeable). The parking space should definitely be used because otherwise it will be difficult to park somewhere else. Price performance fits.

We stayed there for 7 days in a 1-room apartment and were very satisfied overall. The room is relatively small, but sufficient thanks to the separate hallway and reasonably sized bathroom. In the room there is a seating area, two beds, a closet, flat-screen TV and a small, fully equipped kitchenette. Everything very clean. No hairdryer in the bathroom (please bring your own). No WiFi in the house.The house is quiet, no noises from neighboring rooms. The location of the apartment house is ideal, the beach and pedestrian zone can be reached in just a few minutes. Shops (including supermarket) within walking distance. Parking spaces at the house for a fee.The breakfast is very extensive (good quality sausages, butcher's products), it is constantly topped up, the coffee is good, only the baked rolls leave something to be desired. The staff is very friendly and takes care of the guest.Overall, a highly recommended accommodation that we would be happy to choose again on our next holiday in Binz.
