New and spacious rooms. Suitable for families2. Check-in/out hours can be done flexibly. Just convey it politely to the officer3. Polite officers.4. Cleaning and drying are really cheap. I suspect this doesn't include an iron because it was just folded 😂5. Standard needs are there, except tissue and cupboards. Even though a cupboard is essential 🤣For the minus1. The hotel is not managed well. This is the first and main problem, spreading to many other things.2. Prices are not the same as the App. An increase of 80-90% from the stated price. Even though they should be able to contact the app and ask to change the details.3. There is no telephone line that can be contacted. Due to the random reviews, as a prospective buyer, please check first, but it turns out there is no telephone number. It's been confirmed and it turns out it's not available/damaged 😂4. Cleanliness is really bad. When you first entered, there were lots of shoe prints. The next day there was no cleaning service, only after 3 days did it appear and you had to really wait so it could actually be cleaned. Once I looked away for a bit but it turned out to be sweeping but the staff's sandals and shoes were worn in the room, which in fact was a lot of dust from outside. Even though this is used for prayer. Crying in disgust. Ended up wiping it out on its own. It's like living in a boarding house 😅👍5. The officers are still young and in the learning stage. That's totally okay, but as long as there are professional officers supervising and being on site. This receptionist is often left without information and how difficult it is to not have a telephone when you need to be contacted.6. There is a real need for professional staff who can provide direction and supervision. It's a shame that the building and equipment are new but they are not managed well.Hopefully it will get better in the future
