Our stay at the Hotel Windflüchter was very pleasant. The double room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The comfortable bed and the quiet location of the room in particular ensured restful nights.The bathroom was modern and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful, which also had a positive impact on the stay. Overall, a recommended place for a relaxing stay.We particularly liked the fridge with self-service drinks.Bicycle racks are also available. 🤓

The room is not very big, but sufficient. There is no balcony, it is not overly cluttered with furniture and everything is clean and functional. Another positive aspect is that there is always a parking space available and contacting the landlord is quick and easy via the booking app.Unfortunately, capitalism has also struck here with maximum profit expectations. Like many accommodations on Rügen, there is no staff on site, there is no breakfast or restaurant (anymore), there is a note on the room door that says a hotel about 600 meters away offers breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. (without Note on prices, you should consider going there with children beforehand).The hotel accommodates you a bit and has equipped the room with a small refrigerator and a kettle and some cutlery + 2 plates. However, if you want to eat the cereal you brought with you in the morning, you must bring a corresponding cereal bowl with you.The room is not attractive for self-caterers, as it offers 2 chairs and a very small knee-deep table for 3 people, but little opportunity to eat. There are no devices for warming food.The heating (sounds like a heat pump) starts every morning promptly at 5:45 a.m. and the hum of the pump is transmitted to all radiators and combines with the sound of air in the heating circuit. If you are a very light sleeper, the refrigerator will wake you up beforehand.Before, during and upon departure it is always pointed out that the spa tax must be paid.The room fits naturally into the “skimming industry” on Rügen. As beautiful as the opposition is, capitalism is just as ugly. One lunchtime there was a BMW Several people met in the disused restaurant area and left after an hour. One could deduce from this that very few people benefit very much from having a property and house in this location.In short: If you don't necessarily want to live near the beach, it's cheaper to stay inland/island and go to the beach.The evaluation is also based on the price and expectationsThe room with 1 adult and 2 children came 105€/day non-refundable in October 2024 without meals (via Booking.com)

Nice, quiet room complex that is completely self-service but serves its purpose. There is supposed to be breakfast in the nearby hotel, but we couldn't use it.Rooms are small but finely furnished and clean. Only the floor is freezing cold thanks to the tiles. A carpet wouldn't be a bad idea.In and of itself, totally recommended and recommended again.

Very nice here.Great room with a terrace.Minibar and drinks on site.Parking space at the house.Everything very clean.The route to breakfast is encouraging and the breakfast is good and varied.

If we could put 20🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!! Absolutely everything is perfect: the "residence" is on a human scale (around ten rooms), the street is residential and therefore very quiet. Ideally located to do everything on foot, restaurant, beach, park etc...communication is perfect and the team is top notch! Breege/juliusruh is definitely a huge favorite 😍. 25° on average, tourists of all ages but not the crowds from back home....our summer destination????????? YES YES YES!!

A small, cozy, quietly located hotel with friendly staff, parking and large, bright, clean rooms. I felt very comfortable here. It's not far to the beach, fly screens are installed and there is also a refrigerator. Thank you.

not recommended. Only after a discussion did I get the higher category room that I booked. The excuse was, among other things, that there were “guests with children” in the room booked. Room checks are included free of charge. I was resting after a long bike ride. One knock and the door was open: “It’s hotel business here” doesn’t mean that the guests’ peace can easily be disturbed. Recreation is a foreign word here. The “do not disturb” sign on the door was not there and my handwritten note was taken away. The conversations take place directly with increased volume and greetings like “young woman”. I didn't expect much from such a cheap hotel in the low season, but there wasn't even a modicum of respect. doesn't work at all.upd after the answer: on booking the room I booked was advertised as having a shower AND a bathtub and in the pictures you can clearly see a bathtub.On the much more important point, still no debt relief. Conclusion: not possible at all.
