The room is very dirty, the door is fragile like it has been eaten by termites, the table chairs are dusty, the balcony is dirty,Very BAD service, asked for help to sweep the room but didn't sweep it, the stairs were dirty leading to the room, asked for help and didn't sweep it either,Location is not strategic, car parking and rooms are far away, for Delux type rooms, you have to walk,STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

All those who gave bad reviews are all right. I no longer stay there. From the start, when I entered, I immediately saw that the floor was really dirty, like it hadn't been swept or mopped and the room was dusty. The TV is on but the volume can't be turned down to 100 so it's not nice to watch TV, there's no remote anyway. And the worst thing is *A LOT OF MATTRESS FLESH LANDING ON THE CURTAINS*, the mattress is also very dirty, lots of blood spots, wrinkled and smelly, to the point of itching "my whole body doesn't feel good sleeping, the intention is to sleep comfortably and peacefully in the hotel but instead it looks like this, where is it at night" the staff is busy I really didn't understand that there were people sleeping, at night the lights were off, what kind of hotel was it really unclear. In front of the bathroom there was a lot of water overflowing until the mat was wet so I couldn't use the mat. The other bedroom light was off. Drinking water was also available from the hotel. dirty and smelly.
