was in one of their gastezimmer (they only have 4) It was a very good experience and not expensive . Professional and kind personnel, very nice environment, clean rooms with a very nice decoration and a big restaurant downstairs . A nice experience in the neighbourhood of Saarbrucken . A small parking available on road side .was back two weeks later . same hotel, same reservation . room half size, less clean but still ok for the price .

Went there for a steak special. The food was great, good portions for the price. It wasn't very crowded either, so it went relatively quickly. Staff was OK.

Unfriendly service, especially the older lady, the food was inedible.Were invited to a wedding and there was lasagna and vegetables as well as meat and fish and pasta I have added to the menu below.Let's start with the lasagna, which was swimming in oil and was dry on top. The cheese was also partly hard.Tagliatelle too sticky tasted like bubble gumThe taste of the meat was OK. It's a shame because of the sauce, which unfortunately wasn't there.Vegetables were okay and I ate enough of them.Split potatoes cold and dry as if they were in the oven too long and dried out.I can't say anything about fish because I was already hungry.The lady was always annoyed by inquiries and answered unfriendly.Aldo for me it's nothing, I wouldn't want to have a party there.I really liked the location itself.

If we thought “it couldn’t get any worse” during our culinary visits to Saarland, we had to revise our opinion on Sunday, April 7th, 2024, after a visit here at Frischbiers:Ambience: Well – tastes are probably very different.Service: Underground – I’ll spare you the details…Quality + appearance of the food: Bad, or see photos…Prices: For 4 adults + 1 child a mere €160, which doesn't fit at all given the experience with the service and the quality of the food.Conclusion: never here again...

Yesterday I was once again able to attend a wonderful wedding at the Frischbiers event location in Schmelz, and I am once again thrilled by this unique venue.From arrival to the end of the celebration everything was perfectly organized. The location impresses with its modern and stylish furnishings, which give every event a special atmosphere. The hall offers enough space for large wedding parties and is at the same time comfortable enough for intimate moments.I would particularly like to highlight the committed and professional team at Frischbiers. Every wish of the bride and groom was implemented with the greatest care and dedication, and everything necessary was also prepared for me as DJ to ensure everything ran smoothly.The culinary work was also at the highest level. The dishes were not only excellent in terms of taste, but also a visual highlight. The service staff was always attentive and friendly, which had an additional positive effect on the entire atmosphere.I'm already looking forward to the next event in this outstanding location and can warmly recommend Frischbiers to every bride and groom. A place where dreams come true and every event becomes a special experience.Many thanks to the entire Frischbiers team for the perfect collaboration and the unforgettable evening!
