Unfortunately there is no option to not give a star. The hotel is absolutely terrible. The room smelled of cold food and smoke, the bathroom was pretty dirty and there was mold on the toilet. The room door also couldn't be locked properly. The specified WiFi was also not available. Unfortunately the entrance area was also very dirty. To get into the hotel you have to call a pizzeria and then someone comes to bring the key.Unfortunately, I felt so uncomfortable that I left the hotel straight away. Absolutely not recommended!

Very very very bad experience. The heating barely works, the water pressure is very weak, and the roof is leaking (I have photos of this). This has led to breathing problems and an unpleasant smell in the room.Therefore, I would like to cancel my stay immediately and ask for a refund of my money.To this day I have had severe breathing difficulties.—————————————-Très très très mauvaise experience. The chauffage works on the water, the pressure on the water is very good and it is still there (with photos). Cela entraîné des problems respiratoires et une odeur desagréable dans la pièce.Je souhaite donc annuler mon séjour immédiatement et demander le remboursement de mon argent.À ce jour, j'ai de seriouses difficultés respiratoires

DISASTER TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! On the first day I booked a room for 1 night via the booking app and paid directly. During the night I noticed that the heating wasn't working. I was cold all night long and got sick. In the morning I let them know and wanted to have another room, but I was told that they didn't have any other free rooms, even though all the rooms were still free. After several discussions, I decided to book another room using the booking app, and then they suddenly had free rooms. Finally I got the room keys and the whole game started for the second time!!! I called the reception and talked about the matter again, that the heating in the second room wasn't working either and whether you could at least come and see where the problem was. I was told that they are too busy and no one can come. I went down to the reception and talked about the problem again and was simply made to wait for an hour. I had no other choice because I had already paid and there were no other hotels to book spontaneously. Of course I was angry and wanted my money back, I was distracted again for hours and in the end I was told that I had to cancel it via the app so that the payment would be refunded to me. However, I have not received a refund to date!!! I waited until today to do this, but she simply lied to me and ripped me off. Today is 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received anything back and I paid for the hotel that I didn't even stay in!!! DISASTER.

Pictures on the internet do not correspond to reality, drinks and food were not available on site, and WiFi and televisions did not work. You couldn't use the terrace either.

The pizzas were very tasty, the price-performance ratio of the spaghetti wasn't right at all. The service wasn't friendly and small complaints weren't addressed.

The pictures on the internet do not correspond to reality.The whole hotel is old and very dirty in places.The night entrance to the hotel is the worst with dirt and dead mosquitoes in the hallway to the rooms.There is a very strange smell in the hallways and in the room. Breakfast was kept very simple, baked rolls, packets of sausage, 2 types and 1 type of cheese for the breakfast price very expensive.

We were there for dinner with 7 people and sat in the courtyard in the afternoon, there were plenty of parasols offering enough shade, and in the evening the lighting was turned on, which created a nice atmosphere.Everyone ordered pizza, which was served warm and at the table at the same time. The pizza was very tasty, a crispy base topped with good ingredients. There was also a good selection of drinks, as well as cocktails at reasonable prices.One thing that had a negative impact on us was re-ordering drinks; the waitress would have liked to have been able to stop by the table more often.But all in all we were satisfied.
