We received a very friendly welcome. The owner had just returned from vacation and we were the only guests. The inn is close to the Moselsteig (stage 1). Although it is only open from September 4th. There is hot food, we were given several slices of bread, sausage, ham, cheese, vegetables, wine and beer on the terrace in the evening. The next morning there was breakfast with yoghurt, orange juice, sausage and cheese platter and fresh blueberries. Thank you very much, Ms. Koster!

Stayed here on my way from Kaisersesch towards Metz in the intense heat. Everything went well, good food, very friendly landlady. Everything the long-distance hiker needs, even though today was a rest day. I can only warmly recommend the country inn!

We stayed here for a week as part of the Ironman 70.3 Luxembourg and we really enjoyed the Birkenhof with everyone's warm friendliness. Everyone in the family has their job, which is fulfilled with perfect service. The room was very modern and equipped with everything you need. On the hot days, Ventitaltor was simply placed in front of our door - great. The breakfast and evening food was very tasty. The beer garden was very cute. The Birkenhof is the best starting point for trips to Luxembourg, France or the Saarland area. Thank you also for the many excursion tips.

I can't rate the room because we only went to the restaurant. Very tasty, generous portions, lots of choice at reasonable prices.Service friendly and attentive.Definitely won't be our last visit there.

The professionalism and commitment of the team was noticeable from the first moment. They took the time to inform me about everything the house had to offer and patiently answered all of my questions. This personal attention ensured that I immediately felt welcome and in good hands.The ambience of the Birkenhof country inn is simply enchanting. The decor combines rustic charm with modern amenities, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. I particularly liked the view from the window, which looked straight out onto the idyllic landscape.An absolute highlight of my stay was the meal in the in-house restaurant. The cuisine offers a variety of regional and seasonal dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece that not only tasted great but was also beautifully presented. The service in the restaurant was also first class - the staff were attentive, competent and always tried to fulfill every wish.During my stay I also had the opportunity to explore the surrounding area. The Landgasthaus Birkenhof is ideally located for hiking and nature walks. The landscape is breathtakingly beautiful and offers numerous opportunities for recreation and relaxation. I often go to Birkenhof for dinner with my wife after hiking in the summer. The food is always very tasty, the price is right, the owner cooks very well, the service is nice and friendly. Always enjoy going there.
