Very satisfied to spend the night here. accommodation is 150 thousand but affordable.the service is friendly, the rooms are okay and clean. You can upgrade from fan to AC, only add 30 thousand.the building also still looks new.The atmosphere is very homey. There is also an angkringan on the 3rd floor.Next, if I go to Malang again I will stay here. 😊

At the beginning of June, I went to Malang and stayed here. The homestay is sharia-compliant, so husband and wife must bring a marriage card/photo. The place is still new. Clean. The owner and officers are kind, friendly, informative. There are 3 floors, 1st floor has 2 rooms, private bathroom. 2nd floor shared bathroom. On the 3rd floor there is a rooftop mini cafe, open from 2 o'clock. I ordered a room with a bathroom for 150 thousand with a fan and it was really good. The big mattress can sleep 3 people. Got 2 pillows, bolster, blanket, bath towel, shampoo soap. There are 3 sockets, wardrobe, clothes hangers. The bathroom has a shower, but there is also a dipper water bucket, a sitting toilet. Because it's cool in Malang so it doesn't feel hot even if you don't turn on the fan. There are 4 rubbish bins + shoe racks in front of the door. There are also four seats on each floor. Is there Wi-Fi! Cool! This isn't far from Malang Baru station. Near Indomaret, pharmacy, lots of food stalls. Thank you ador homestay for the service! Hopefully it will be more successful and more busy! 👍🙏😁

The booking was quite sudden, my expectation was that I would be given a room with an extra bed, but instead I was given a private balcony too 🤩 even though I only paid under 200k, super complete facilities, suitable for those of you who are just transferring to Malang. Cheap price, high quality

Cozy, really suitable for rest or long stays. In my opinion, this is a low budget with sharia homestay facilities. There is a prayer room, balcony and a bathtub too. There is a food stall above so you can do your homework while you do it. The lighting and air in the room are really cool, fragrant. Towels and blankets are provided in the cupboard. There is a car and motorbike parking area, very safe. Full CCTV. The owner is very friendly.

The place is very comfortable and clean, suitable for family gatherings or friends.Above it there is also an angkringan that sells various kinds of food which is definitely very delicious so you don't need to be confused about what to eat. Then there is a prayer room, a place for ablution which is also clean and there is a bathtub for the public too.Basically recommended💗💗

Yesterday I stayed here overnight to sleep, ordered type 3. The cheap price is pocket friendly, the place is comfortable and cool, the most important thing is that it is clean (maintain cleanliness and comfort), the facilities are complete and there is a prayer room too. There is also a cafe on the rooftop. The toilet is also cleanCS fast response. Special snacks are provided for staying guests (free). From Malang station it's ±10 minutes. Thanks

I stayed here for 1 day during the PPG test. The place is very comfortable, the service is friendly, the prices are affordable, clean, complete with a prayer room and bathroom. There is also an angkringan on the top floor.
