Camp site is beautifully situated next to the Moselle. There had been rain before our arrival, all grass pitches, our was quite bad, but we were able to move, and Laura was very helpful. Our second visit here, facilities basic, but clean- paper & soap needed! Locked gates when manager not on site. We found Laura, very friendly & helpful! Cycling along Moselle in both directions, very good!

Nice, clean campsite by the river with beautiful surroundings. Laura the lady in charge, the so called "bull dog" is actually the nicest, most polite, sweetest bull puppy ❤️. She's strict on the rules obviously, yet very flexible and goodness she works so much!! We intended to stay 2 days and ended up staying a week. A big reason was because of Laura 🙂. Only downside, too many arrogant Dutch campers with their big caravans and loud characters making noise in the toilets till midnight with their showers and brushing their teeth and noisily washing their dishes early in the morning and being quite noisy packing to leave.. early in the morning. They harass other campers by asking them to lower their radios in the afternoons!! 🙄

Nice small campsite alongside the River Moselle. Beautiful setting, with views of the hills and the fort nearby. The river is very calm and it is relaxing to sit and watch. It is very good value. We paid just 32.50 EUR for a family of 6, a large tent and 2 vehicles. There are 2 supermarkets (an Aldi and a Carrefour) which are both very close. There are also bars very close by (max 5-10 min walk). It is an excellent location for transit. We stopped for one night on our way down through Germany. It is very close to the French, Luxembourg and German motorways, which was ideal. Our only criticisms were that the pitches were quite dry but it has been a dry year. Our other slight criticism was that you needed your own toilet paper and soap for the toilets. However, the showers were nice and they were free. The host, Laura, was very friendly and helpful, and she is easily contactable by email. Would definitely stay again.

Very rude woman on reception and site looked very dirty so decided not to stay and found a lovely gentleman on a site 10 minutes away in Luxembourg at half the price and a hell of a lot cheaper on a marina. Photo is where we ended up...beautiful

Small and cosy camping. The atmosphere at this camping was great. Make sure to arrive in time and to make a reservation cause pitches are limited and the woman is (for good reason), very strict. One downside was that there were a lot of thistles on our pitch which wasn’t pleasant when you’re sleeping in a tent

In 15 + years of camping I have never experienced a person as unfriendly as the receptionist - Laura. We made a reservation for tonight and tried to call for at least 10 times throughout the day to say that we‘ll be 20 minutes late. When we arrived we managed to reach Laura but she was straight super unfriendly and rude. I recommend an anger management course for her!

A pleasant Municipal site on the banks of the Moselle. Reception welcome was friendly by the lady in charge, who is quite firm about you adhering to the campsite rules. She let us select our own pitch. The site is closed between 12 noon - 3 pm. The entrance has a large automatic security gate that's permanently closed; until you are given a gate code after registration. The road alongside is very narrow the sign by the gate points to the side of the road to park, but when raining you wouldn't go to park on the grass verge with over 3.5 ton of camping unit, parking on the road just upsets the passing locals. We arrived around 1300hrs, there was one unit waiting, so we decided to come back later. We returned at three joined the other units waiting, the gate remains closed, you have to go to the side gate, make your way to reception and sign in, you are given the code and then you can enter. We enjoyed our stay cycling the cycle tracks along the Moselle with new cycling infrastructure being installed, not there yet but getting there. We loved cycling the three borders into Germany.
