They stated on terms, the receptionist is 24 hours this is misleading.I arrived at 2 am and no one at the front desk and the gate is locked, I call the receptionist phone many times and no one is answering although I can hear the phone ringing from outside gate.Then I appealed this case with Traveloka team and they help a lot but the hotel is rejecting for refund the reason is I can go inside because the gate is not locked and the receptionist guy still at front desk which is absolutely scam statement.

Blacklisted accomodation! I was arrived at 8 pm and cancelled on the spot (without any confirmation before). Though money was refunded (already paid with traveloka), we had to find another hotel accidentally. Please be carefull with this situation when you want to stay here.

Cheap, worth it. Overall okay. But in the afternoon the room is hot. If it's cold at night but you don't have a blanket

Stayed 2 nights for a relative's wedding. Overall it's good. The people are friendly. There are just no car canopies, so guests suggest that you can move around the vehicle according to the time. If you don't want the hassle, you can park at a nearby hospital and then walk. The smell of cigarettes from outside or upstairs entered the bathroom in room 104, maybe not in other rooms. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available, but the free breakfast is quite replaceable. Oh yes, the TV happens to have Islamic channels that can be tuned to murottal. There is an additional fee for early check-in, ask directly. Please take action against the problem of CATCALLING handymen, that's harassment, just change the handyman, at that time there were two on the stairs, an old and a young. Behind the room table needs to be cleaned.

Salsabila Sweet Home is a fantastic capsule hotel that offers a warm and friendly experience. The staffs are incredibly welcoming, ensuring guests feel at home throughout their stay. The capsules are clean, comfortable, and provide just the right amount of privacy. There is also a private locker available for each capsule guest so some of my belongings could be offloaded (not jam-packed on the capsule itself). With its convenient location and affordable rates, Salsabila Sweet Home is definitely an excellent choice for travelers seeking a short stay in Bondowoso.

Cheap hotel with modern facilities. For only 60 thousand you can stay at this hotel and get towels and drinking water.The location of this capsule hotel is very strategic, right next to the Regional Hospital, access to the city square is easy to reach and close, and access to the Bondowoso mall is also okay.
