Since one year I'm here each week for business reasons and I found nice the warm and family atmosphere of Hotel Schneider.Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and it is available from 6:30 am.The hotel has a good parking, in a calm zone though it is close to the center of the city, at a walkable distance from both Sackingen and Stein railway stations.Recommended.

Hotel Schneider is located just two blocks away from the Rhein River, and a beautiful Schlosspark. Easy short walk to pedestrian shopping area and lovely old town of Bad Sackingen, and the Old Bridge to Switzerland. …

A super great hotel. Were there 2 nights. The hotelier is very friendly and takes care of his guests. Room with a balcony and what was great was the shutters on the windows and doors. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. If we book a room in Bad Säckingen again, only Hotel Schneider.

We have been visiting the Hotel Schneider regularly for many years. The rooms are a bit older, but always clean and well maintained. The owner is super nice and extremely accommodating. The hotel is also close to the center and even closer to the MPS festival grounds. There is free parking for guests.

Small, solid family business. Can be recommended. Good location, 15 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes to the center. Friendly hotelier, rooms and beds okay. The breakfast, which costs around 4.50 euros, is simple but absolutely sufficient. If you need more, you will find a very good bakery with a café in the center.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and quiet location. However, the rooms could be adapted to today's standards. The furniture is already quite old. The hotel is close to the town center and the walk over the wooden bridge to Switzerland is not far from here. The staff here is very nice and helpful. The prices are ok, the breakfast is simple but also ok.My conclusion:Please renovate the rooms and I'll be happy to come back.

Nice contact on the phone, uncomplicated reservation by telephone, despite official opening times (I think) 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., ready to check in at 11:30 p.m., breakfast included (shown on the invoice as €3), the best one found online Price, friendly staff, breakfast with enough choice (cold meats, cheese, jam, spreadable cheese, marmalade, rolls... orange juice, coffee, tea) and quantity (of course I'm not talking about a 3-4 star big city hotel here Buffet - but found it completely sufficient). The room is functionally furnished (I can't speak of modern furnishings here - but it's more for overnight stays than for a stay), clean, towels etc., no sagging mattress, TV, balcony, quiet, close to the city center.I thought it was good value for money and would stay there again.
