I didn't expect such a great restaurant with delicious Thuringian cuisine. The food tastes very tasty, but I didn't expect my sensitive gastrointestinal tract. With roux like with nuts. I can't take it anymore.

We were here often. But won't be coming back after the last visit. The service often “forgets” changes to the supplements (these still appear on the bill with the increased price). The food is good, but it's of no use if the kitchen is already closed during normal dinner times. Apparently the operators want to get the most money out of using the least amount of staff. You can tell by the fact that the kitchen closes at 7:30 p.m. and you can't even order small things anymore. The portions were also so small that we left hungry. You should come as a guest, eat quickly, pay and then leave immediately. I don't need to go to a restaurant for this - a canteen will do just fine. Everyone can decide their own opening concept, but barking at the customer at normal dinner time when they ask about the menu that the employees "want to get off work sometimes" definitely doesn't fit with this type of gastronomy. Then the operators should stop the evening business and only offer lunch. Either all or nothing.
