Dear hotel management,I would like to express my sincere disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel.Last Friday we booked an overnight stay with you and experienced an unexpected incident that significantly affected our "stay".When we returned to the hotel late at night, we discovered that the night access key given to us did not work. He locked the front door, but not the intermediate door. This meant that we were forced to walk 1 1/2 hours home in the middle of the night and exhausted. This inconvenience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.The next day when we raised the issue, one of your employees called us "too stupid" to use the key correctly. This type of treatment and derogatory behavior towards guests is unacceptable and made our already negative experience even worse.As a long-time traveler, I expect respectful treatment and an appropriate solution when problems arise. Unfortunately, your staff's handling of this incident was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If someone had been available by phone and indicated and someone had answered the night bell, it would have been solved on site.I only expect a cancellation for the inconvenience we had to experience and refrain from another visit to your establishment. I share my experience publicly here to warn other potential guests about the deficiencies in your service. Kind regards

Small jewel box, the Klösterle breakfast was okay, very friendly older man who did everything himself, I think it was very satisfactory, clean, the place by the way leaves a lot to be desired, if it weren't for you, I wouldn't even know that it was gives him

Small cute hotel. Outdated, but very clean. Very quiet location. I slept very well, the bed was great, even if the blanket was unfortunately very short for me (1.87 m). Breakfast very simple, eggs are not available but are offered. Overall, everything was ok for a weekend and value for money

We were passing through Bad Steben for a day. Spending the night in the Kloesterle proved to be a good move. The hotel is not modernly furnished. But it is exactly the old charm that exudes a real cosiness. …

Small, inconspicuous hotel with a few rooms and nice staff.Surprisingly well equipped for a three star hotel. Everything clean and tidy. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. Free parking space directly in front of the hotel.Spent a lovely weekend here.

We felt very comfortable in this small hotel, clean and tidy! The breakfast buffet was small and tasty and the breakfast eggs were always freshly cooked! 👍 Unfortunately there is no longer a restaurant at this hotel, but there are plenty of good places to eat nearby!

We stayed at the Klösterle with our granddaughter and it was a very nice stay, we were warmly welcomed! Very good service and it was nice when he fulfilled my granddaughter's wish (she eats her egg with Maggi). Breakfast was enough for everyone! Would recommend it! Everything was very clean and comfortably furnished! Thanks!!!!!

Danger! Restaurant applies the 3G+ regulation.Unfortunately I have to give the "Klösterle" one star.It's actually a pretty nice property and the owner, despite his unfriendly behavior, may not mean any harm and is just being manipulated by fear.But a 3G+ (PCR) regulation that is currently not required or permitted is completely unacceptable!If the restaurant distances itself from this regulation, I would be willing to withdraw this review.
