Don't have high expectations, the bottom line is that there is a price and there is quality. Overall the bathroom is clean but don't get a room on the 3rd floor, because the walls are not concrete but calciboard/gypsum and the room is not soundproof, so the sound between rooms is very audible. Even the sound of people bathing could be heard. The balcony was dirty probably because it was never used by guests. The electrical plug on the 3rd floor should be replaced with a new one because it's already worn out. The first day's experience of getting a room next to it was that there were women staying in a group who were very noisy and finally couldn't sleep until 1 o'clock at night. Finally, when I complained, I asked to be moved to another room, the officers were quick and immediately moved me. In terms of service, I have no complaints. Hopefully the quality of the rooms can be improved because the hotel is strategic.

The room was clean, at that time I got a room on the 3rd floor and the stairs leading to the 3rd floor were quite scary because the stairs were made of iron.

Ordered via traveloka. I think it will be the same as the branches in other cities. but was really disappointed when I arrived at the location because it didn't match the picture, with the condition:1. because the location is in small alleys2. The available rooms are also limited even though there are still empty rooms but instead we are asked to fill the 2nd floor first.3. The condition of the rooms above is less comfortable, not well maintained and a bit stuffy.4. Not suitable for staying overnight if you bring children.5. The pool is also dirty and slimy6. The place is dimly lit so it's a bit scary for women.Finally I had to look for accommodation again and canceled at this place because it wasn't comfortable. π

Just checked out this morning, the hotel I think is right for the price, the entrance to the housing complex requires extra effort to reach it because I made several wrong turns on maps, the car park is in a field outside the hotel, the swimming pool cannot be used, for the rooms quite clean, there is warm water for bathing, there is no toilet tissue available, only soap + shampoo, towels and toothpaste brushes, TV channels can be used only on Tube but the wifi is quite fast, the air conditioner was leaking from the first time we arrived but we just had to use a trash can because it leaked a drop at a time the receptionist was friendly when we arrived, overall it wasn't too bad for a UK hotel at this price

The hotel is clean, for that standard the price is already good and recommended... the service is also okay... only during my stay, I left something there, and I couldn't contact the hotel because the hotel didn't have any contacts to contact... maybe in the future we will pay more attention. For Red Doorz hotel standards, it's quite good...Hopefully my items won't be lost and can be picked up on my way home from holiday...

Bad experience......I arrived at 9pm and ordered a Deluxe Room and was given a room on the 3rd floor which in my opinion was not 100% finished (are there any photos?) and was not the same as the photo on the Traveloka application, in the end I forcibly asked to move to Deluxe Suite Room with additional money.The TV couldn't be turned on, the sound of the corrugated iron being banged several times which ultimately disturbed me so I couldn't sleep, there were lots of big ants in the bathroom & there were leeches.The place is in a narrow housing complex & I only stayed here once.

The place is a bit inside. The rooms are like 80% finished and not yet renovated. At least the bed sheets and bathroom are clean. The only thing that comes out is hot water, no cold waterπ€£
