The pension is beautifully renovated, except for the separation of the rooms and toilets, separated only by a curtain, no television, no radio, no telephone. WiFi is available, the plug in the room lights up the room at night. Bed was ok, pillows and duvet could be better. I can't judge the service, we looked after ourselves. The operators were nice and friendly. The stairs are not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The guesthouse is a good starting point for hikes in the area. You can fill at least a week with the variety of goals.The guesthouse is located on the edge of Gräfenthal, about 1.5 km from the market, on a busy road. (Room 1, which is at the back, is still nice and quiet. The integrated bathroom was separated from the room by a curtain.)The city can be reached by bus, so the accommodation is also suitable for travelers who use public transport.The landlords were very nice and live in the same house. You could tell that they enjoyed being hosts and were always available to answer questions. They have a large and friendly dog who likes to greet new guests and sometimes lick them, but is otherwise very calm.There is a large communal kitchen that is well equipped. You can cook there for several people.The price per night was as usual for this area.

The hosts are super nice and helpful, you felt very welcome. The rooms are large and comfortable, the shower/toilet is only behind a curtain, which is not ours. There are two large well-equipped kitchens. It's right on the street so the outside area is probably a bit noisy, but we weren't able to test it due to the weather. We were able to sleep without any problems despite the window being tilted.

A beautiful guesthouse, really nice and attentive hosts.The rooms and the entire house were super chic, we felt completely at home and will definitely come back again.The breakfast was also prepared with a lot of love and was super tasty :)

Wonderful accommodation, lovingly prepared and designed by two very warm and helpful hosts.We were very happy to have found this guesthouse on our tour along the Green Belt and can warmly recommend it :)

We stayed overnight for a weekend with 8 adults, 2 small children and a baby. We really enjoyed our time in the Thuringian Forest and, for example, went on a short hike near Lake Oelschnitz.The guesthouse is in a quiet location. Offers enough space and comfort. This is mainly due to the many bathrooms and the comfortable beds. The kitchen and the small apartment with dining and living room also offer enough space for rest and relaxation. We were also allowed to use the large grill. If the weather had been better, we would have used the garden section even more.We were all very satisfied and would love to come back.I heartily recommend the great guesthouse and thank them both for their hospitality.All the bestLaura and friends

A really nice guesthouse with well-furnished rooms.Each bedroom has its own bathroom.We were there as a family (11 people) and basically had the entire guesthouse to ourselves.A very nice guesthouse couple who always had time for a chat.

A lovingly furnished, very clean accommodation with everything you need. Particularly suitable for groups: The kitchen on the ground floor offers plenty of space for everyone. The hosts are extremely warm and helpful, you immediately feel welcome. Highly recommended!
