We were in need to spend just a night on our way in December 2023. We were very surprised with everything easygoing starting from the booking. Booking online. No staff on site, so no waste of time in reception. Rooms fresh, neat and tidy. Small kitchen with fridge, hob and sink. Wi-fi useless but phone do the job. Comfortable sleeping. Its not pleasure to look through the window on construction site but overall for our needs perfect quite place to spend the night after tired driving all the day for a very reasonable price.

So we are positively surprised! Really nice rooms and great bathroom! Self-catering, everything electronic at the doors and therefore just a data service that is absolutely uncomplicated and super fast! If you want to stay overnight here, you should have food and drinks with you. For the normal cleanliness we give almost 4 stars, it's the beginning of autumn and the spiders also find their way in, so a few cobwebs in the corners and a few small limescale stains in the bathroom (but not too bad)! We will definitely come back and hope it stays as beautiful as it is. Price-performance ratio absolutely correct! Thanks

The self-service hotel with access via a sent code has some advantages and disadvantages. The rooms are OK, but could be cleaner. The surroundings are not particularly attractive, like most of these hotels, as it is located in an industrial area. One advantage, however, is the affordable price. It's a bit far from the main highways, but for those passing through it's a good place for a short stay.

A cool concept in itself and with a touch of American motels.You can book everything completely online and receive a code and room number by email.No reception, no employees, enough parking spaces, just relaxed.The rooms themselves are also great for the price.Large refrigerator, double bed, television and a large bathroom.Unfortunately, cleanliness was a big problem for us.The mirror in the bathroom was totally dirty, as was the glass shower screen.I walked barefoot across the floor and once had hair on my feet from four different people 😅The cleanliness was so bad for us that I unfortunately had to deduct 3 stars.Tip to the hotel owner: change the cleaning company quickly 🥴

Great value for money.Modern, clean rooms, with cooking facilities, large refrigerator, TV.Building built in motel style, parking spaces right in front of the door, lots of space in the room.Highly recommended!

Everything was great and modern. I would think that a deficit is that if you have the curtains open (ground floor), the employees of the neighboring company are watching closely what you are doing. If you close the curtains you think it's night. Perhaps a translucent privacy screen would be an alternative.
