Spontaneously booked by phone four weeks ago for a short trip (1 night) to Erfurt.Super friendly and competent man on the phone - 11 out of 10 points for that!👌🏼😉Payment and email traffic are super easy and hassle-free!Hotel and location perfect and idyllic!!!New and high quality, super clean and well maintained and yet simple and very comfortable!Any time again and only when I travel to Erfurt again.100% recommended and worth the trip!I'd love to come back!!!!!!!!

The only negative point: It hums for 3 seconds every few minutes (probably the ventilation). I'm sure there are people who wake up from it. This has to be stopped somehow, but it annoyed me. The accommodation is otherwise really great. Cleanliness 10/10; Facilities 9/10, as the bed cover was not ideal given the climate, probably plastic, otherwise comparable to a 5* hotel; Soundproofing outside 7/10, luckily Erfurt is quieter Cologne; The associated restaurant on the ground floor is very good and very expensive, so I liked the price-performance ratio of the rooms better. But it's worth going there.

Hotel with a great location and very stylishly furnished.rooms.Check-in via app, you have to like it, I like it.The room is very nice, comfortable and furnished to a high standard.Bathroom with toiletries from Rituals,-nice.Remarkably clean, nothing is chipped or stained.The hotel is located in a pretty square with lots of restaurants.It couldn't get any better, I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

Five stars plus for everything and everyone at Nashi! Your hotel is an insider tip - small and very, very nice. Great rooms, great location, with a lot of love for beauty. We didn't make reservations for the restaurant in time, but we were really welcome every evening for a nightcap. Thanks for that. Keep on shining! 💫💫💫

Very nice, well-kept rooms, nice designer bathroom (just a few wall hooks missing ;-)). There is no staff; This is a bit strange at first but it works very well. Door opening via app, contact via WhatsApp (QRCode); immediate, friendly, helpful answer to my question. Located in the middle of the city, the old town is within walking distance, public transport nearby.

A newly built unmanned hotel style hotel. Convenient location in the square in front of the landmark bridge in Old Town. It's great for going in and out of the old town comfortably several times a day. The interior is neatly finished in wood tones and has a nice atmosphere. The system windows block noise from the square well, and the bedding and bathroom conditions are perfect. However, since there is no staff present, there is no hotel service, and there is no front desk, so leaving your bags there before check-in may be a bit difficult. There is a high-end Japanese restaurant on the ground floor, but it was closed during my stay so I couldn't use it.
