Booked for a week as a coincidence - the deciding factors were the beautiful rooms, the wonderful view of Erfurt and the garden as well as the free parking with a direct connection to the tram - it couldn't be better. We ordered breakfast and dinner as well.We were warmly welcomed by the Kaiser family and felt like we were part of the family; the rooms and the entire property were clean, lovingly maintained and furnished. The living comfort in the house and the attractive garden landscape were a lasting experience for us. Here the guest is still king. The culinary delights were unique. Each dish was masterfully prepared, with the highest quality ingredients and a presentation that resembled a work of art. The taste was a real treat, perfectly balanced and prepared with attention to detail.A big thank you to the Matthias & Martina family, Philipp & Diana Kaiser & Kater Hotte for the exceptionally wonderful time we were able to spend there.Kind regards, Frank & Claudia from Oberursel.

Having only ever experienced stays in hotels, I came across this sweet little guesthouse by chance and haven't regretted booking for a day. The guesthouse is surrounded by a small but beautiful organic garden with lovingly tended vegetable and flower borders. It all felt like coming home to mom, my husband and I were wonderfully pampered both personally and culinary-wise. The extremely friendly family members that we were able to meet here were a bonus that we did not expect.For historical reasons, the senior chef has often taken over the scepter in the kitchen and literally overwhelms himself with various dishes. You can't eat that much, here everything goes from breakfast to dinner.We were also able to learn some anecdotes about his interesting past.All in all, it was a really successful stay, a huge thank you to the entire Kaiser Senior and Junior family.

An extremely pleasant and artistic place with wonderful hosts.The rooms are clean and spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, and the yard is obviously very well maintained - my family and I would love to see it in its full glory in the summer.The house is located in a very convenient and communicative place.The breakfast was unique - a delight for all the senses, with attention to every detail and a personal touch. Probably the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel or guest house.We are very grateful to Mr. Kaiser and his family for their warm welcome and hospitality. We would gladly accommodate them again.

Our stay with the Kaiser family was simply fantastic. The top chef (Mr. Kaiser) prepared us a special dinner that exceeded all expectations. Breakfast in the morning was particularly impressive: an exquisite selection of hot and cold dishes, all fresh from the garden and decorated with loving flower arrangements. This put a smile on our faces early in the morning and put us in a particularly good mood. The rooms were clean and smartly decorated and we felt comfortable and welcome. The Kaiser family, our hosts, were extremely friendly and accommodating. If you would like to spend your vacation or weekend in Erfurt or Weimar, you should definitely choose the apartment on Ringelberg as your accommodation. Although it is located a little outside of Erfurt, it is easily accessible by tram, which is very close to the accommodation.But now to the highlights that you will experience here.The owners Matthias Kaiser and his wife Martinaare very warm hosts. You immediately feel likepart of the family.The rich breakfast was just fantastic,and so delicious.Matthias Kaiser also asked us what we would like to have for dinner. We chose a Chateaubriand with a Béarnaise sauce, fresh asparagus, fried potatoes, etc.It was simply a dream! If you don't know Matthias' cooking skills yet, you should definitely let him cook for you.When the weather is nice you can relax in the beautiful gardenalso enjoy breakfast and dinner.We would like to thank Matthias and his family for the wonderful daysin the apartment on Ringelberg.René and Mägie from Zurich

Perfect location for me. Right next to the tram terminus, there is a small parking lot where you can leave your car. Close to the highway exit and easy access. The rooms are clean and cozy. Equipment, materials and amenities above expectations

We can only recommend this accommodation. The hosts are very friendly, personable and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean, the furnishings were modern and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was prepared with love and very extensive. Unfortunately we were only there one night, but we'll be back.

Last year, my husband and I, born in Thuringia, visited Erfurt and the surrounding area. We found the guesthouse on Ringelberg and were very, very satisfied. The rooms are beautifully furnished and offer plenty of space for a comfortable short vacation. The atmosphere is very familiar and the head of the house spoiled us with culinary specialties. We stayed 2 nights in this lovingly family-run accommodation. The room on the first floor was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was cozy and sufficient in the nicely developed garden shed. Mr. Kaiser and his family were very welcoming from the start and always gave us the feeling that we were welcome. We would come back at any time. A plus point is the quick connection to the tram, which took us very quickly to the old town. 😊
