Recommended hotel to stay. Clean rooms, lots of restaurants around the hotel. Near the bus station (Surabaya has SuroboyoBus and Trans Semanggi Suroboyo which have routes in most areas of Surabaya, you can google).

Staying at this hotel is comfortable and quiet, the hotel is clean, it's just...I'm the type of person who doesn't like this, I'm most reluctant to go in and out, because in this hotel you can't freely access the room, you have to open it first before you can get out...Overall goodssss....

The receptionist wasn't friendly and didn't really talk to her, she wasn't very responsive. The place is not clean, there is a lot of rubbish between the mattresses. The dressing table chairs were moldy and rotten, the toilets were dirty and smelly. As soon as I entered the room, the smell was really bad. The food in the canteen is not tasty and not clean. The glass in the room was crusty, there was a lot of dust. The sheets had yellow stains, the shelves in the bathroom were broken, the toilet lid was off, the hot water didn't work, the TV couldn't be turned on. The access road in front of the accommodation was dirty and dusty, very bad for the lungs.

Worst service. Not polite. When asked what the price was, the answer was thinking and hesitating. When the room is ready to use, call him while challenging. Oh, this pol is serious t4. There was no soap, towels, the bed sheets still had dirty spots. The bathroom water smells.It's better if the hotel next to it polls if you want to stay overnight.

The rooms smell clean and tidy... the service here is also friendly, from cleaning service to the receptionist... and the location is also easy to reach and strategic. Anyway, the place is comfortable for lodging.

Honestly, this is a really good hotel, even though the price is cheap, I only ordered 150k on Traveloka, but the service, rooms and quality are not cheap, I give the service a 5/5 rating, the employees are really friendly, I give the room a 5/5 even though it's cheap, the rooms are clean, it smells good, the AC is cold, the TV has lots of channels so it doesn't get cluttered + the WIFI is really fast, the bathroom is clean and smells good even though the shower water pressure isn't fast, but it's not a problem, it's still comfortable for showering, I think the parking is good too It's wide, it's spacious for motorbike parking, let alone cars, plus there's also a cafe in front so you don't have to go far if you want to order food/drinks, that's all, my advice, the bathroom is a bit tidy, the door is given a slop so that You can lock it and increase the water pressure in the shower again❤❤❤
