The hotel is located in the Egapark. You will receive the QR code to get into the park (there is a scanner in the gate of all possible entrance of Egapark) and you will walk to there. That means, entrance ticket of the Egapark in included, you better to come noon time or in the morning, so that you can enjoy the park. There is no reception in the hotel, you will receive the code for main entrance, also you have another code for the room, which you booked. The restaurant is different place, 2 minuets of walk, which is very good service, hospitality and nice breakfast.

The guesthouse is difficult to reach. The room is good, with a very nice bathroom. Everything very clean. The path from the parking lot to the guest house is difficult in the dark because the path lighting didn't work properly. It would also be good if there were further directions as there is a construction site on the official route.

A family reunion was planned and ega Park was just the right place. The written booking information was clear and we were looking forward to a short break.The Pulverhütte is idyllically located in the green and it is simply relaxing. The path to the powder hut is easy to reach. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were more than nice. The breakfast was very well received and the staff, who were always there straight away, fulfilled all of our wishes.We enjoyed the days and would like to come back again.Thank you very much again

We had in the period July 16th. - July 18th, 2024 a wonderful stay in the Pulverhütte. The room was very spacious and in immaculate condition. A hearty breakfast was prepared for us, just a two-minute walk away. Overall, we were very impressed and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.We'd love to come back. The guest house is located on the edge of the egapark, very quiet and tranquil. The rooms are nicely furnished. On the ground floor at the back, however, it is very dark. The breakfast in the nearby restaurant was good and the staff was friendly and attentive.You have to keep in mind that it is about 900 m walk across the park from the parking lot to the guest house. Unfortunately I arrived very late in the evening and the path is not fully lit.All in all very nice and quiet, but I wouldn't book again for business.

I didn't like the visit. One point is the contradictory statements, in the email received it says that the tickets are valid for the entire period, on the tickets it only says once after which re-entry is not possible. Now what? Questions? Only one emergency number is given. I consciously think that you want to clarify everything without being present if possible, as there is no reception etc. So go out to the park for dinner in the evening? Maybe you can get back in, maybe you won't go hungry! WiFi is available, only has no reception in room 9, great. There is no air conditioning, neither are there blinds. So a nice cozy 27 degrees in the attic room. In the park you can walk around at night, but the greenhouses are closed. I can really only advise against a visit.

For 175 euros per night in the summer without air conditioning on the upper floor, it's way too expensive. It's so warm that you can hardly sleep, why don't you say something like that beforehand? not present on the upper floorNo minibar (fridge).Very disappointing,Once and never again.

This is a good place to be if you're looking for a quiet place to relax. Great tastefully decorated rooms. Those who use the morning hours have the park to themselves. But you should know that you have to walk a bit to reach the house, which I found funny. The breakfast was great. The staff is very loving and tries to fulfill all wishes. Thanks to our very cool waiter.For anyone who likes something special, this is the right place.
