The hostess Anna is nice, attentive and sociable. And he tries in every possible way to interact. The common area is cleaned every day. There is wifi internet (often interrupted, but it is still there). Two shared toilets, one of them with shower. The floors are not parquet, but creaky laminate. Cooking and eating is not allowed. But still, you can boil eggs and even have a frying pan (I don’t know what you’re allowed to cook in it). Electric kettle. Refrigerator approx. Large TV with satellite and even encrypted adult channels (which cannot be decoded). The room offered to us had one double bed instead of the required two (other rooms had 2 each). But there was also a sofa, not very comfortable for sleeping, but if you are not picky about the evenness of the mattress, then everything is in order. In the yard there is a gazebo and ropes for drying clothes, where locals almost always hang out. There are no noisy places around and there is silence at night. It's a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to the sea (quite good). Overall I recommend it 👍

Ania is a very warm host, I would personally give her 6 stars! The room was clean, it has a TV, a sofa bed (I would have preferred a normal bed as I don't find sofa beds comfortable), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The WiFi works moderately, I was thrown out regularly. The garden is great for spending time outside! The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with 3 other rooms, so depending on who is staying there, it is cleaner or dirtier. In terms of space, we pass each other. I didn't have a towel with me to shower with and Ania brought one over right after I called her to ask. Thanks for everything Ania!

Very nice owner. Off the beaten path, but close to everything. Right next to the building there is a bus stop from which we can go anywhere in Świnoujście. I recommend :)

A great place, mainly thanks to the very nice and friendly Mrs. Ania, who takes care of the residents. You can feel at home there. The only downside is the lack of a bathroom in the room.

The owner is very nice, I recommend it with a clear conscience, clean, nice and close to everything. There is a TV in the room and everything is available on site. If you go to Świnoujście, that's the only place :)
