We stayed in the “Strandschloss” and had a really nice apartment. Only the bathroom was a bit small. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was first class. Everything was clean and felt comfortable.

We felt very comfortable and were very satisfied with everything. Having the hotel right on the beach was an absolute highlight for us. We were thrilled by the apartment with its beautiful balcony and sea view. The cleanliness and beauty of the room as well as the tranquility of the surroundings made our stay even more pleasant.I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the reception, especially Ms. Katarzvna Zon.Your warm nature and support made our stay truly unforgettable.Overall it was a very nice stay, the hotel is very clean, quiet and well equipped. We are already looking forward to coming back and would recommend your hotel at any time.

We spent a few days at the Seetelhotel Villa Strandschloss and I would like to share our experiences.The location is very positive, you can't live much more centrally or closer to the promenade/beach. The breakfast buffet is good. The wellness area in the Ostseehotel is very nicely done, but the lying area is limited to a maximum of 10 people. Given the size of the hotel and its ancillary facilities, it is rather manageable. Our room, number 301, was quite small. The bed was good and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. However, installing the toilet flush behind the folded up toilet lid is special. After the first night there was no room service and the blackout blind in the bathroom fell from the ceiling. The report of these deficiencies at reception was noted there. The roller blind was 24 hours. It was later repaired and room service was there for the next few days without any complaints. We missed a hot water kettle for coffee or tea, we thought that was the 4 star standard. But that was our mistake as it wasn't on offer. Our room parking card was valid 24 hours. deactivated too early. 17€/day for a parking space isn't exactly a bargain either. All in all, no disasters, but you would wish things were a little different when you book a 4-star hotel.

Had a double room in the Villa Strandschloss. This was modernly furnished and clean. However, if the outside temperature is high, we can only strongly advise against accommodation on the top floor under the roof. Due to monument preservation, the rooms cannot be equipped with air conditioning, but they urgently need it. We left the window open all day and had to use the stairwell to ventilate the room in order to get any heat away. If you think it would be better with the window closed during the day, you are welcome to try this. We warned! The mobile “air conditioning unit” with ice cubes or ice water that was offered was ultimately completely useless.WiFi is available, but the speed is obviously reduced. The connection even jerks with WA status videos because you probably want to prevent larger downloads. This is just ridiculous.The staff is friendly, but the organization can be a bit chaotic at times. So they managed to give away our parking space twice during the seven days.The breakfast buffet is high quality and rich, really good. The location of the hotel is also great. When fully occupied, parking spaces are only possible in public spaces.

We had booked a 2-room apartment on the ground floor of Villa Strandschloss (land side). The apartment was completely worn out: worn and stained carpet, worn furniture, peeling and yellowed wallpaper, faded curtains, uncomfortable sagging furniture in the living room. Although there were photos of holiday apartments on the website, our apartment was significantly not pictured. If we had known about the poor condition, we would have refrained from booking.The breakfast in the hotel area was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Therefore only two stars deducted.

Apartment not entirely contemporary and poorly equipped. Despite repeated requests, no kettle, very uncomfortable with a baby. Breakfast quite okay. For the price and location, I've experienced better. Too bad.

Ladies and GentlemenWe rented an apartment in your complex from August 24th to 27th, 2015. The following can be said about this apartment.In the indoor bathroom, the fan, a spot and the shower sometimes didn't work. The fan was put back into gnag, the other two things were left untouched. The sofa bed had large urine stains. When we arrived, the sofa bed was covered with bedding, probably to cover up the embarrassing stains. You probably want to live in an apartment with a living area during the day and not sleep. Only on August 26th. A solution was found for the sofa with a molton cloth. Also a solution that is hardly worthy of a 4 star hotel. In addition, unqualified staff had access during the rental period, so that the children's own blanket was stolen. This only appeared again on the day of departure, August 27, 2015.Unfortunately, the only conclusion we can conclude is that this place certainly doesn't deserve 4 stars. It's a shame that you fell for such a fake.

Thank God we had good weather and the top location (almost directly on the promenade) also made it work. The staff was friendly too, but this hotel is definitely:NOT WORTH 4 STARS & OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED!!!Kitchen- Kitchenette dark without light- only 2 hotplates, no oven- no dishwasher- no light in the tiny fridgebath- Mold on the shower nozzles- Drain in sink clogged, wouldn't drainbedroom- Mattresses hard as boards- Upholstery had cracks- ugly view of the underground car parkLiving area- Sofa bed sagging and unreasonably small for 2 people- The dimmer of the floor lamp hummed terribly loudlyGenerally- WiFi absolutely unstable- Furniture worn out (scratches, worn)- Dead smacked mosquitoes on the walls- I can't say anything about the food, we looked after ourselves there.Tip:Underground parking costs 12€/day,A day ticket in the municipal car park in the immediate vicinity costs €7.50 (of course no one tells you).

Pretty old school 😑 Inventory comes from the 80s/90s. Nothing done since then. That's what you see and that's how you feel. Location is great. Equipment absolutely inadequate and you are looking for the 3rd or 4th star. Room key only for a deposit, aha 🙄 where can you get something like that....bathroom with a very (!!) cramped toilet and shower system branded "MonsterWellnessCenter3000"....something like that really isn't installed anymore these days. Sufficient shelves and wardrobes...everything in dark, heavy colors. Simply unpleasant. Not recommendable....
