We were here for the second time. This time we took the family. Everyone rated the standard as high. Perfect location on the city map. The size of the rooms is exceptional, spaciousness creates the impression of luxury. And at the same time, a quiet place, which means truly relaxation and rest... During your stay, you feel taken care of by both Mrs. Aleksandra and her employees. We will definitely come back here.

The location is great. You are immediately on the promenade and the beach.But that was it.The breakfast was lousy. Rolls tasted like cardboard. Just like the sausage. There was zero taste.The two fat guys from the hotel were extremely unfriendly. Rooms were not cleaned. Only by request. Trash cans were not emptied. The shower is very loud. Cupboards didn't close properly. It was said on the first day that someone would come to repair it. Nobody ever came there. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves.There was never anyone at reception.And most importantly, I only saw 1 fire alarm and 1 fire extinguisher in the entire hotel. And they were on the top floor. There was nothing at all in the rooms. The hotel door was also locked every time. What do you do if there is a fire?The beds were very hard. And the doors are all very old and loud.The parking lot is way too narrow. And anyway, the fee for this was a disgrace.I will never go there again.The whole hotel should be torn down or run by people who enjoy the job or at least take it seriously and not just collect money.

A very nice accommodation. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The location of the villa is great. The beach promenade is almost around the corner...what more could you want!?

The hotel has a great location on the promenade.Nevertheless, we give deductions because the rooms (at the price: €100 per night) could use some service again or at all. No caretaker.The showerhead falls down; Doors hardly close and very loud (we have the experience of several rooms over several years), double bed with 2 mattresses also not ideal for us with a small child.Not toddler friendly at all, the cleaning lady storms loudly through the “villa” at lunchtime. It was asked several times whether the child was over 2 years old so that it could be billed.(Very) dirty on the balcony, no bulb in the outside lamp - a shame.We're not complaining, but there's been a renovation backlog for years. In our opinion, this is just cashing in. We could write more but we'd rather enjoy our vacation 🤣.Parking costs extra (although the flyer expressly states: “Free and well-secured parking spaces are available for guests”)……it is cheaper than on the street with a parking meter, but you still don’t get what is advertised.Lobby very dreary - seems more like decoration.I give it a generous 3/5 stars.

Stayed there for 6 days. Rooms are getting old, room door is hard to close.The room wasn't cleaned for 4 days.I contacted her when we got back from the beach, everything was clean, it would be the next day.Beds very soft when you lie down then a full bed hollow.She has parking but it costs 35zloti where it says in her flyer that it is free 👎Breakfast is nothing special, always the same, just bread and 1x roll. Otherwise it was the same for 6 days.What's good is that you're 5 minutes away from the action.But in Swidemünde you can eat very well and it's always delicious. The beach is 5 minutes from the villa.Everyone in the restaurant tried very hard and everything was TOP.

We slept there for 6 days. Rooms are as desired, the room door can be locked or not, the beds are very soft, clean and don't move anymore.Unfortunately we were unlucky for 4 days, only full of sand, garbage and no toilet paper.AFTER LOCATION, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN IN THE EVENING.Breakfast is not so great if there is bread rolls once a week. NOT MUCH VARIETY.What's not nice is that you don't charge anyone 35 zloti for parking where your advert says, parking is free (see picture)What was great was that the villa is very close to the water and the promenade is very nice to walk along.You can go out to eat very well in the 6 days, always great food and everything is reasonably priced. Had very good fish.And I can ride a bike very well.

After initial difficulties, we finally got a nice room. The parking lot is very small and actually impossible for this price. We would have been very happy about a fresh bread roll (unfortunately only baked). Otherwise the selection was okay.

I'll start with the positives, i.e. the location and the clean room, minus the viewing handle in the shower, otherwise the place is ok. However, I don't know where the fascination with the breakfasts comes from? Very modest and monotonous, small selection of products, basically you can eat a sandwich with cheese or cold meat, for sweets only some marmalade and cheap, dry bread. On the plus side, the products were fresh (except for the nasty cake). The coffee from the thermos was average, or some cheap coffee drink. Only cold milk. The lady in the kitchen seemed to be tired all the time 🤔 the atmosphere was kind of grave. Overall I won't come back to this place

We have already been there twice. You can probably find some minor disadvantages, but it depends on what you are looking for.If you want to get a good night's sleep, be close to the beach, park, promenade, have breakfast and then come back to spend the night, this villa will be a good place.The price is similar to other villas in the area. It is worth calling directly and asking about current prices, because you can overpay through booking portals.

Nice hotel, good location to the beach, still quiet. Breakfast was OK, room clean and very large. Unfortunately, parking is really chaotic in the small parking lot. Otherwise great and gladly again.
