A very nice holiday apartment (with associated parking space) that we can only recommend, clean, top facilities such as shower and whirlpool tub.Very quiet locationSauna in the basement, swimming pool in the neighboring buildingRestaurants are within walking distance.Dogs are allowed on request, not in all accommodations.I would come here again.

Very nice apartment near the beach [approx. 500 m] slightly uphill through the forest and then there is a staircase with over 100 steps on the cliff. I personally found the breakfast very simple and not very varied. Baked rolls. I wouldn't book breakfast again. The apartment definitely.

Already the second time here. Everything was clean, great shopping opportunities and Karls nearby for the children. Kitchen is well equipped, WiFi included and parking is all great.

Super nice holiday complex with modern apartments.Small spa with sauna and infrared sauna in the basement.The swimming pool for bad days is right in the complex and is included in the price.Breakfast can be booked upon request.

In a word: brilliant. The vacation could start from minute 1 because you didn't have to worry about anything. The keys were ready and we entered a neatly cleaned apartment that was not missing any item that you would need in a week. Modernly furnished with 2 televisions, radio, iron and board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, etc... We had a holiday apartment with a terrace and a beach chair. Everything was available in the kitchen and WiFi worked perfectly. Sauna could be used, looked very clean and high quality, but we didn't need it at 34 degrees. But the swimming pool, of course also included. Everything was quiet and clean throughout the complex. There is also a bread roll service and you can also have a delicious breakfast on site. There is also a tennis court and a large playground. You can rent rackets. Buying groceries wasn't a problem, Netto is about 1 km further. Conclusion: If it's Koserow's turn again in 3 or 4 years I will only book here.

Very nice, bright and modern apartments. The location is perfect for families, as all excursion destinations on Usedom can be reached within a few minutes' drive. The beach is great, but a bit difficult to reach with a dog. Overall great facility! We will come again!

Very nice apartment and minor problems.We had booked the apartment and took swimming costumes with us.The apartment is perfect, clean, modern and -- there's nothing to complain about! However, we then discovered that unfortunately we did not have access to the indoor swimming pool. The mood was down and then the vacation was unfortunately cancelled.The 4 stars anyway because the team on site works great and the hotline and other communication were really good.

All in all a very nice weekend. The service was great, breakfast was great, the apartment was super clean, the sauna in the apartment was also great. Kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Beach 5min walk.

Stayed here on holiday with my dog ​​last summer. Prime location with a short walk to the beach and the city. Furnished to a high standard and always clean. Really worth every euro.
