Very clean and well located but we were surprised that in the novel clean room there was no soap or shower liquid or anything. There was a coffee maker but nothing to make coffee with. We asked for soap but did not get it even after asking for it. The restaurant felt like a cafeteria in a hospital and had no atmosphere. The staff was helpful and friendly though. So would recommend it for the location and clean rooms but...

Pros: hotel in a very good location, good breakfast but late at 8:45-10:00 (not a good time for larks), underground garage after prior reservation, swimming pool and sauna very good, very nice ladies at the reception.Cons: no air conditioning, very stuffy in the room, balconies close to each other, in our case the neighbor smoked a lot and you could still smell the smoke in the room, especially in the evenings, unfortunately a minus for the cleanliness of the room - bedding with stains, pets in the room to start with toilets - but the ladies were very polite and immediately took care of the cleanliness, the cleaning lady was very nice. Jacuzzi is closed.

The hotel is in a very good location to be on the beach or on the beach promenade in a short time. Unfortunately, the location on the street made for a bit of noise, but you can live with that. The beds sleep very well.We booked 3 rooms for 7 people, including 2 children.The rooms were relatively clean, but in my opinion inadequately equipped. No shoe horn or a small drying rack to hang towels.What I don't think is possible at all is that WiFi didn't work in any of our 3 rooms, which were on different floors. Asking the reception didn't help at all. I think it is a false pretense to claim that WiFi is available when booking. This is standard for most hotels, but apparently not here.The next point of criticism is the breakfast. Starts 8:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. What's the point of having a little over an hour to eat breakfast? The breakfast room is far too small and the buffet is careless, with always the same things.I know that every hotel has small bowls for honey or jam so that small portions can be taken to the table, but not in this hotel, where you have to pour the liquid honey onto the breakfast plate because there are no bowls. Incredible.The fruit is already cut open so that it gets nice and brown, for example bananas are cut into small pieces. Why? So that no one can take anything with them? I liked to take 3 half apples with me for my son so that he would have something to snack on during the day, but we were very rudely told that this wasn't possible.A parking space in the underground car park can be booked for an additional charge, but the roller shutter is broken and is therefore accessible to everyone.For my part, I didn't enjoy the hotel stay and would never book it again.

The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are clean.The underground car park only has limited capacity and the roller shutter door could not be closed.You only have 1 hour to have breakfast and the selection is very limited and not of very good quality. Some of the fruit is brown and the instant coffee doesn't taste good from this old machine either.So we wouldn't book again.

Not a relaxing holiday in this hotel.When booking it said you can book a parking space.A few days before I had written and it was said that we would sort it out on site.In the end, we were sent to a non-hotel parking lot, which took us almost an hour to look for and understand who to register with, as it was a 24-hour guarded parking lot.The breakfast was ok, something for everyone, but pretty much the same every day.Organizing breakfast was hell.Breakfast time 8:45 a.m. to 10 a.m.It was all pushing and shoving. If you needed a plate you would have to grab the other one between your legs because they were at the bottom of the buffet.You couldn't use the tables outside because the sun was shining brightly and there wasn't even a parasol. There were only glasses with a capacity of 100ml and very small coffee cups, so you had to constantly get up to get something new.You also had to have breakfast quickly so that there was room for the next people.There wasn't anywhere comfortable to sit outside and have a smoke. The tables outside weren't very inviting, and smokers don't seem to be welcome either.The bathrooms, which have a glass wall with only one curtain, were also not very advantageous. You have to like watching your partner go to the toilet every day.The balconies were a laugh, not exactly very trustworthy, especially not for children.The pool has opening times.We stood there for almost an hour to check in because only one lady was there around 2 o'clock.The beach is about 5 minutes away, the center 25 minutes or more.The worst thing for us was really the stress at breakfast and the inconvenient times.The bad thing is, the problem was described several times on Booking a year ago and nothing has changed

Wonderful place. Fantastic service. The rooms are neat but have one drawback. The so-called glass. The toilet and shower are made of clear glass. There is a curtain on one side, but on the other side there is a large mirror. If you are not traveling with your loved one. This can be very embarrassing. Everything else is great. I recommend. I recommend asking for rooms in building B.
