I am very satisfied. Very nice service. The apartment was very well cleaned. Breakfast included, quite good. We used the sauna and swimming pool. Everything's great. But the windows in the pool can be washed so that there is more sun)) but that's cool. Very good location. I recommend it to everyone.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet for dinner is sufficient and tastes good, only the hot dishes occasionally lack the temperature and the required quantity when refilled. The two therapists with the inclusive offer were very unfriendly and had no interest.

The rooms are more like a 3 star hotel (worn furniture, slightly smaller room and, well, in some places it could be improved *see pictures)The service is mixed, some can speak German and others can't. (although it says in the hotel description that this staff is German-speaking)The food (breakfast/dinner) is generally quite poor in taste, you have to pay extra for drinks with dinner and there is hardly anything available for the younger guests.e.g. B. Nutella packets are not available at breakfast or other dishes for children. It smells extremely like chlorine at the swimming pool but given the weather conditions we didn't take advantage of the measures offered. (no review on this)The parking space (the search) is a disaster without being included in the booking. I can recommend the courtyard, not the underground car park (very narrow). Conclusion: If you just want to stay overnight here and have little demands, you should come here, but it actually only feels like a 3 star hotel.

The hotel makes an excellent impression from the outside, which was in no way confirmed for us!We arrived (without a reservation) and were greeted in a friendly manner and told us that there was only one apartment available, which was 600zly per night. When the lady at the reception noticed that we were German, it was suddenly 700... ......never mind, we took the apartment! The garage (sometimes too narrow for a fiat 500) was supposed to cost another 160 zlotty, to which we said that that couldn't be the case and we were generously forgiven........We then arrived at the apartment and at first impression we really liked it, but on the second impression it was very worn out and there was so much broken that we went to reception with pictures and told them about it, they said we would let the caretaker know. ...........Defect, among other things, 1 floor lamp (lampshade torn several times)The mirror lighting in the bathroom didn't work, the ceramic hob was fastened with a screw through the frame, the veneer around the table was off or loose, the picture in the bedroom was missing (there are hooks for this) and last but not least, the couch smelled a bit musty! It was advertised as having a sauna and a pool (both are available), but the sauna was only available between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. with registration (must be heated up beforehand) and the pool was only available until 6 p.m..........So now for the positiveThe rooms were generally clean and the breakfast was great!Whether I would stay here again.....never for this price, in my opinion, the operators don't want to invest, just cash in

A cozy apartment with a large balcony. For 2 people top with 4 is already tight.Otherwise very friendly email contact if we had any questions we could always contact the owners.

+ Rooms are well furnished.+ directly on the beach and the promenade.+ Pets are allowed.-Only cold water in the shower 2 out of 4 days.- Hardly any parking spaces at the hotel, which belong to the hotel, are absolutely overpriced and, strangely enough, are always taken.- Except for one employee, very unfriendly staff at reception. Makes you feel unwanted.- At the breakfast buffet I really had the worst coffee in my life.

We stayed here for a week in September and have to say we really enjoyed it.The food, we had breakfast, coffee and dinner, was great and great. There was plenty of choice and the service staff always tried to ensure a full buffet. Rooms were clean and quite large. (apartments)Spa area completely sufficient and clean. But where there is sun there is also shadow. We were really looking forward to the pool, unfortunately it is very small, too cold and a longer stay was not pleasant. Unfortunately, the staff didn't manage to raise the temperature in a week. Or they didn't want it...There is a bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, but the staff does not offer it to guests. But despite everything, it was a nice time. The other guests were friendly and very nice. (Greetings from Thuringia)Many older guests enjoy their spa vacation here and Świnoujście is always worth a trip.

The hotel is made up of 2 houses, which are connected to each other by a small corridor. A small reception for both houses is borderline, sometimes you had to wait. I definitely cannot share some of the negative opinions about the staff, food or rooms. Our room was large, clean and cleaned daily. Some places on the upholstered furniture were a bit worn, different fabric would be advantageous. The majority of the staff spoke German, some even spoke very well, but if necessary they also spoke English. The food, we had half board, was okay. In the evening, in addition to the cold buffet, there were always 2 warm main courses, which in our opinion was completely sufficient. The seats were assigned on the day of arrival, everyone can judge that for themselves. The service in the restaurant was friendly, if you wanted you could eat outside and be served there (drinks). The wellness area was extremely clean and the staff paid particular attention to it. The sauna was operated at our request, which we thought was good, it doesn't have to run unused. The swimming pool is very small. Not a problem in summer, but in bad weather??? Last thought about parking, now to be sure you have a PP, you should book it at the hotel. There are also parking spaces in the streets, for a fee, but they are almost always full, the hotel is not the only one. The location is good, the promenade is directly opposite and from there it is another 200 m to the beach.

Very nice, large rooms that could be used more. Breakfast & dinner very good, unfortunately butter is only added every now and then when pressure has been applied. Lunch typically Polish - you can eat. Applications were okay. Staff friendly & mostly fluent in German. From November 8th there was no more German TV. The hotel was very uninterested, I'm curious whether it will be welcomed there again.

A great place, very close to all the attractions of Świnoujście. The porters were nice and helpful. Half of the hotel guests are German. Pool ok, although small. The rooms are average, they have everything that should be there, but nothing extra, the cleanliness of the center is similar, it's ok, no fireworks. Wi-Fi works great. The corridors are very poorly lit and it is dark
