The reception staff, very unfriendly, condescending and very unfriendly. An absolute disaster both at reception, check-in and checkout. Tourists and especially German guests are not welcome there. We were there with children and they were not welcome. The apartment was still okay in terms of furnishings, unfortunately it wasn't heated enough and wasn't properly clean. We had to move into the extra bed for the children ourselves. There was no cleaning in between. Price performance is also not right at all. We paid €300 a night in October. The other employees in the town were also very unfriendly, which we still don't understand to this day, and my children didn't experience any hospitality. I have never experienced so much guest unfriendliness in any other place as here. We have traveled almost all over the world. We will no longer visit the place or the hotel. It's a shame, as the promenade, the beach and the sea looked very nice. The surrounding restaurants are also not a culinary highlight. was difficult for us to find something we like.

Great, quiet and 10/10 location. You simply can't get closer to the beach and the sea. Another plus is the terrace, underground parking and proximity to pubs. Radison Blu and Hilton are 3 minutes away, which guarantees a top location. The promenade is visible from the window, but don't listen to it. It's quiet! A great base for both weekend chill-out and trips. A quiet, well-kept housing estate with security. You can walk everywhere... and in the season there is no need to use a car. I recommend!

We spent the long weekend in October in Baltic Park and loved it. The complex is just a stone's throw from the beach, the apartments are spacious and very modern. The kitchen is well equipped. We were pleased to receive separate information about how to find the reception, as it is a little out of the way. The service and friendliness there were first class. Our booking was promptly changed so that we and our friends could get rooms opposite each other in a complex. You can have breakfast at the Radisson Hotel next door, which is really first class. We thank you for the great stay and will certainly come back.

Our room 7.3.7 was nothing. Not recommended at all. 2 sleepless nights say it all.The location is great and the cleaning lady was the only friendly and positive thing.

Each apartment is furnished differently. Clean neat. Various hooks are missing to hang something up. This year there was only bulky, rather no balcony furniture. Some have very comfortable parts, not us this time. If you stay for 2 weeks, you have to call to get new towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper are also tight. At this price, everything should be included.

We found a very well-equipped and clean holiday apartment. Great location, just a few meters from the beach. The aqua park, highly recommended for children, is also just a few steps away. The promenade with a wide range of gastronomic offerings is also in the immediate vicinity. We'll be back
