The hotel is clean, comfortable, beautiful views

ordinary rooms, not cleaned properly. rubbish is not thrown away, toothbrush marks from previous visitors are not thrown away. the shower doesn't flow and the water is yellow. street food breakfast, like roadside takeout rice but at five star prices. motorbike rental is too expensive and the conditions are not clear. the agreement with the hotel would be a pick up and drop off at the port, apparently not. The handover of the rented motorbike must be directly with the owner, not with the hotel FO, even though visitors do not know who owns the motorbike. When the motorbike was returned, it was not checked whether it was defective or not. After four weeks the new owner complained. six days staying here was a bad experience.

VIP room but the water is not running smoothly, is yellow and smells of iron. Stayed for 6 days but the room was not cleaned properly, the sheets and towels were not changed regularly. Drink only one small bottle every morning. Minimalist breakfast. There was a problem with the motorbike rental, the motorbike had been returned but it was still counted as full rental because the motorbike was not returned directly to the staff who owned the motorbike even though it had been left with the receptionist. After 4 weeks the motorbike owner asked for compensation for damage to the motorbike even though when the rental payment was agreed there was no problem. 👎👎👎👎👎

Be careful with the address. Gresik Regency turns out to be outside the island. Hotel reservations cannot be refunded.
