We stayed there for 5 nights in October. Area and proximity to the water very good. Rooms are somewhat spartan. It was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly. Food very good and plentiful. The applications were very good. First use of water aerobics at 7 a.m.!! But very good

Huge thanks to the hotel staff, especially to Mrs. Ali ❤ a woman with a big heart. The chef also spoiled everyone with delicious dishes every day. Everything was super delicious and very varied. Many thanks ❤ The ladies and gentlemen from the reception are very polite and will always help ❤ The whole Masha family is very satisfied. Thanks also to Mrs. Ania, Gosia and Asia, wonderful rehabilitation therapists. We all agree that this is the best place in Świnoujście. 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Breakfast monotonous, the same every day, no variety. Dinner a bit of variety but food very overcooked and very greasy. Health applications with very old equipment and old condition. Staff only partially understood some German. However, room cleaning every day

An outdated hotel that should be described as rehabilitation accommodation. Prescribed meal times, very close table arrangement, seating allocated for the length of stay. We would be assigned to eat in the second round and therefore had little chance of getting potatoes, as they were just enough for the first round. In two weeks there was not a single piece of meat as a roast, once vegetables and lots of chicken legs and fatty goulash made from chicken stomachs. At breakfast it could happen that you had to queue for 20 minutes to get coffee. We had booked a double room and were assigned a narrow room with two single beds. The wardrobe only opened a little because the door handle of the room door was in the way. In the shower there was a curtain hanging from a piece of pipe as a suspension. The door covering is dissolving due to the wiping method being too wet. The friendliness of the employees also took a lot of getting used to. The price is disproportionate to the performance. Once and never again. Free use of the bathroom advertised on the Internet took place between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Fitness from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., if the weather was bad you might have wanted to use something like this during the day.

Beds very hard. There was plastic under the sheet, which made you sweat a lot at night. Shower unclean. Towels were not changed in 3 days. Rooms not tidy either, despite the sign being posted. Most of the staff are ok, neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly. Used plates at breakfast were not cleared away, but were left at the edge of the table until the end.Pool only open from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., for women (or people with long hair) only with a swimming cap.The location was good. 5 minutes from the promenade and 10 minutes from the beach. Nevertheless, we won't go there anymore.

Unfortunately, I have to express my disappointment with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were in a terrible condition - dirty and neglected, which definitely did not meet expectations. The bathroom was a nightmare.Although the pool was available, it was closed most of the time, which was a big disappointment. Additionally, there was no information about the mandatory wearing of swimming caps, so we had to improvise. What's worse, the lack of Internet was a huge disadvantage for me, especially nowadays, when access to the Internet is almost essential. The only advantage of this location was the proximity to the sea, which allowed us to quickly reach the beach. Unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for all the disadvantages. I do not recommend this hotel because in its current condition it does not meet basic comfort standards.

As for the hotel, it's close to everything. Delicious food and very nice cafeteria staff! Ladies, you simply deserve a medal. The downside is that the swimming pool is open to guests from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. because treatments take place in the morning. It's sad because if you have a 4-year-old child, he or she is already tired at that time... Germany in general, Germany and Germany again.... Evenings for 80+ people, so it's a bit bad.... Clean rooms, beautiful view from the 7th floor to the sea and the city. Generally speaking, it's OK for a 4-day trip.

It's definitely not a 4-star hotel... The beds were very uncomfortable. In one of them, the bed frame was broken, so I couldn't sleep on it... the sheets had yellow stains on them. The bathrooms were very neglected and dingy. The food wasn't very tasty either... The swimming pool was half closed and there was no information in the regulations that it was open only from 6 to 9 p.m. and that women had to wear a swimming cap (failure). Photos on the website from 20 years ago... Only the service was nice and apart from that it was a TRAGEDY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!

An ideal place for a family holiday by the sea. The location of the hotel is simply great - just 200 meters from the promenade and the beautiful beach. We walked along the seaside every day, and the proximity of seaside attractions meant that we were never bored. I definitely recommend this place for a vacation
