We had the ground floor apartment, which is ok for 2 people. With 4 people it gets very, very tight, especially in relation to the bathroom, which is quite small. A reasonable basic cleaning would also need to be carried out, including painting (especially the bathroom!), some of the sockets are loose and the terrace including the furniture would also be happy with a fresh coat of paint. The mattresses/slatted frames also need to be replaced. The location of the apartment is very good, everything is within walking distance. There are more than enough dishes and cooking utensils, even dishwashing tablets were provided. The reception by the agency was very friendly and helpful. The parking spaces are actually very tight when ALL apartments are occupied. The price/performance ratio would be justifiable if everything else is in order. However, it's not entirely true.

Apartment 1 below is very small, for people with a height of 1.80cm you have to keep your head down. The so-called bathroom is more than narrow! The pictures of the apartment and the villa are from better times. The terrace also needed some care! Price/performance is not given. We are disappointed. What's good is the location of the villa!

Beautiful old villa in the 2nd row but close to the beach. Equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. We had a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, our junior slept on the couch in the living room. There is no small lamp in the living room, the big light always had to be on in the evenings, there was nothing else. The balcony is well suited to take meals there. The Baltic Sea cannot be seen, but can be heard. Parking spaces are a bit tight.

Nice proximity to the beach, parking lot is catastrophic (everything is very narrow and beware if your car isn't parked properly then it's not possible to park in or out), holiday apartment (App. 1) is very nice in itself, except for the bathroom, which is very cramped especially Toilet. Mattresses very soft.

We had an apartment on the ground floor with a small terrace. It has two bedrooms, a spacious living room and a small open kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. The facilities were good. We didn't miss anything. The location is central. You can quickly get to the beach and there are several good restaurants in the area. Only the bathroom was a bit narrow and not quite up to date.

The advertising text (“central, in a quiet location”) and the photo of the front of the house suggest that the house is largely alone. …

Key collection takes place a short distance from the accommodation.Very friendly reception, everything was well explained (return was also very uncomplicated). We had the apartment VH6 under the roof. 2nd floor without elevator. (Despite the high temperatures, it was never hot in the apartment)It has 2 bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with shower. Kitchenette with dining area and living area with sofa, armchair, WiFi (doesn't really work in the back bedroom). The shower faucet should please be changed as it is very small and you constantly have to reach the lever. Then it either gets suddenly cold or extremely hot. The shower basin is also very small. The kitchen does NOT have an oven. Only a microwave with a grill function, but since we didn't have instructions, we didn't know how to set that up. (It wasn't self-explanatory).Everything was clean upon arrival, laundry package was there. The house is very noisy. And always carry the big key with you, as it happened to us after 10 days that the main door was locked at 8 p.m. 🤭😒There is no parking at the house, but across the street in the backyard. The location of the villa is 1A.You can reach anywhere within minutes on foot. Whether at the bakery, grocery store, shops or beach. The best place is the ice cream parlor right on the corner. (I just say: Kinderbueno)The 5th star is given if the faucet in the shower has been changed 😉And the mattress in the back bedroom (double bed with only one mattress) can be changed into 2 single ones. For me, every night was a rough sea because when one person moved, the other one shook.

The apartments are very different. Apartment number 4 is not suitable for older people. There are still steps in the apartment and are therefore very difficult for older people. Apartment 6 is very nice. Good location

Be careful: consumers are being deceived here!!Location of the house photo manipulationThe advertising text (“central, in a quiet location”) and the photo of the front of the house suggest that the house is largely alone. You have a clear view of the front of the house; On the left side of the picture there is a blooming forsythia bush. In fact, the house is around 80% tightly enclosed. The flowering forsythia bush never existed, but is a deliberate image manipulation. This obscures the hotel on the left. There are 14 parking spaces in the entire entrance area right up to the house, all of which were occupied during our stay in the summer.Apartment 6The photo from the balcony was taken from a height of approx. 50 cm (!) below the balcony railing. It suggests that you are only looking at a bathhouse style house. In fact, this only represents a small excerpt (approx. 20%). The entire area below the balcony is very tightly built. The result: In the inner courtyard area, every conversation between neighboring residents and hotel employees as well as breeding seagulls can be heard very clearly due to the noise (the latter from 5 a.m. onwards). There can be no question of “quiet”.Bedroom: The bed is an unprofessional self-made one. One slat of a slatted frame was broken. The other slatted frame had 2 slats missing and 1 suspension was defective. Both mattresses could be pressed in about 30% with two fingers without much effort. Back pain from the first night also set in.(Children's) room: Here, too, the bed is an inexpert self-made one with a rigid (possibly self-made) slatted frame. The two mattresses could be pressed in about 50% (!) with two fingers, also without much effort.Written comment from Bäder Immobilien:Regarding the slatted frame: You are the first to complain about the bed, which is not true. There was already a detailed criticism of this on Booking.com in February 2019, in which two broken slats were pointed out. The damage was probably repaired 1 ½ years ago by simply removing the slats.Regarding the mattresses: No defect - “Some people like it softer, others harder”.Kitchen: The kitchenette with a 2-metal hob (no oven) is at least 8 years old. Calling them “modern” is borderline. Conclusion: We can only advise against renting this apartment. The owner, Mr. H., a real estate agent from Dielheim, apparently wants to get the most out of this apartment (€125/night) with very little effort. He rejects consumer arbitration proceedings. In true Gutherren style, he offered €50 for all the described defects for a booking price of €885.

It's ok, but new mattresses are really urgently needed!
