Referring to apartment 8. First of all, the good things, the size of the apartment, the layout of the rooms and the view are very good, the beds in the master bedroom are very comfortable. The existing decoration is attractive and also looks homely. Reaching the apartment is very convenient with an elevator, even from the underground car park. Everything can be reached quickly and the section of beach in front of the house is very wide, so there is enough distance and space.Points are deducted for the 3-door wardrobe in the bedroom, which has probably lost its shelves - only rods, there is no adequate blackout on the windows in any of the bedrooms - possibly bad with small children, the fridge was broken when we were renting - should now be taken care of be.Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is a bit limp here. We found the contact with the administration via Mr. N. to be bumpy.If some work is done, this is a good address for a relaxing holiday.The construction site on the neighboring property is progressing well and we didn't feel affected by it.We benevolently award 3 stars.

Very well equipped holiday apartment (No. 1). Everything is available: good technical equipment, cleaning supplies, enough porcelain and cooking utensils. Passenger elevator and underground parking with elevator. Directly at the sea.

Clean and groomed. Car elevator to the underground car park. Apartment 7 is bright, spacious, has super comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms! Great! Unfortunately, the dishwasher is getting old and the wheels on the dish trolley no longer run well. The armchairs are rather uncomfortable... A second two-seater would create more comfort in the evenings. The washing machine and dryer have to be paid extra (coin-operated machine, at least €1) and are located in the basement for everyone. Should have been described better. The dryer needs to be cleaned, it smells unpleasant. Otherwise great views of the Baltic Sea, playground and promenade. It's only a 5-minute walk to the thermal baths and 1 minute to restaurants. Great running path to Heringsdorf. Recommended!
