I was there a few weeks ago...it just felt a bit unsafe because its kind of like in the back yard where its dark etc. I am pretty sure in summer its a different feeling.

You can do it, but you don't have to. No breakfast offer. Winter garden not functioning. Room very small, looks bigger in the photo. Reception only occupied for a short time. The only plus point is: the net was directly opposite so you can easily look after yourself. It's probably more attractive in the summer but now in the fall we won't be repeat offenders

A nice little guesthouse in the east of Berlin. Clean and cozy.We used it for 2 nights without breakfast, at a fair price.Breakfast possible for an additional charge.The only negative point is that the heating doesn't work.

Great single room accommodation with everything you need, very clean, and no unnecessary and expensive luxuries that you usually don't really need/use. Breakfast is possible, but must be ordered in advance when booking - probably not possible spontaneously the evening before. Otherwise very quiet despite the central location in Rahnsdorfer Hauptstrasse. Almost ideal as overnight accommodation for self-catering.If the opportunity arises for a short vacation in Berlin after my current stay, I would want to come back at any time. It may be that there may be cheaper accommodation available through other booking portals, but they first have to prove whether the quality is right.

Nicely furnished, small rooms and a great location of the guesthouse. The owners are very friendly and nice. However, the kitchen is unsuitable for self-catering as there is no work surface and there are not enough cutlery/dishes. It's also good that you can use the laundry room free of charge and there is a dishwashing service. But the second is unreliable. All in all it is a good guesthouse with a great location.

Nice, uncomplicated reception. Everything is available to have a comfortable short vacation. No ants as described in many reviews. Only the insight into the economic sector could be designed differently.

The guesthouse is well-kept and small, but definitely impresses with its price and the smooth handling on site. There is also a parking lot and breakfast. You really can't complain here!!!There is a Netto opposite and next door (in summer) a soft ice cream stand and a snack bar on the corner.

I haven't even arrived yet, it's already trouble! You will receive an email and should book your breakfast by July 7th, 2022. The email didn't arrive until July 8, 2022. 🙄 Then from Ms. Nerger the message that the notification was too late. That's a joke! You have to be clairvoyant to get breakfast in this guesthouse. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 5 thumbs down instead of 5 stars. You're already looking forward to your arrival. 🤢Reception terribly unfriendly on the phone, impersonal, outside area messy, ants in the room, shower entrance narrow and exit dangerous, bathroom very small, nice terrace, clean and functional! Conclusion: will not book there again

Recommended, great apartment, nothing is missing, comfortable beds. Everything clean and accurate.There is ice cream right outside the door. Nice landlady, Schw.Netto shopping directly opposite.We felt very comfortable. Thank you again.
