The landlords are very friendly, even though we only saw them briefly twice in the 3 days. The room was attractive and very clean. Likewise the bathroom. The guesthouse is located in a residential area, which is relatively quiet. A few meters further there is plenty of nature where you can go for a walk in the evening. It was worth it for a weekend trip to Berlin, but for a longer stay I would look elsewhere.

A very nice and small guesthouse, you could almost say with a “family connection”. The rooms have been furnished very nicely and comfortably, with books and a television, as well as pictures on the walls. There is also a kettle with coffee powder and a bottle of water. There is also a valuables compartment in the wardrobe which needs to be locked. We only didn't give it 5 stars because the sanitary area is not in the room, but in our case opposite. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Thumbs up!!!!!

We (3 adults) had two nights in a single room in June 2016and booked a double room for a total of €210.The “pension” is a relatively large city villa in an appropriate environment.Single-family homes, neighbors watering the lawn, barbecuing, etc.It is a house for a family with a bathroom and a guest toilet,which is used exclusively by Mr. Adam. What ultimately meansthat with full occupancy (1, 2, 3 bed rooms) there are 6 peopleShare shower and two sinks.In addition, the bathroom is furnished like at home, personalItems such as toothbrushes, creams, washcloths and owner's soap included. Just dirtier. Dirty towels on the hook and dirt in the toilet.This continues on the lower floor, including the coffee tablea half-started beer glass and diabetic syringes fullSlippers are next to it. In the kitchen more medication and in theHallway with old jackets and sweaters.In addition, after we first entered at around six in the evening, we found the dining table fully set for breakfast. The summer temperatures had clearly left their mark on the cheese and cold cuts.Shortly afterwards, a family of three people stayed in the house to spend the night.We left on the second day.This "pension" is not worth the word and the money.

After booking through Booking.com 3 months in advance, my booking was canceled by the landlady a week before the start of the trip.Apparently because of an accidental double occupancy.I was treated ice cold by the landlady over the phone. I would have just been unlucky.It is reasonable to assume that there was a more lucrative request for the quarters in the meantime.

Family pension in a quiet rural environment and at the same time relatively close to the center of Berlin. We were a little worried about the shared bathroom, but they were completely unnecessary.
