Great villa with clean rooms (each room has its own bathroom), underfloor heating, a nice common room, spacious kitchen and many quiet corners. Great opportunities to relax (pool, sauna, barrel, porch swing, covered barbecue area...). A lovely relaxing holiday for 21 people was a success and had a lot of fun. A toilet for the general public would be nice on the ground floor, but this is the only drawback. An absolute recommendation for relaxing days. Thank you!

Wonderful days with the extended family!We stayed at Villa Pfeffer for 6 days with 18 people (1 - 71 years old). The house and garden are really well equipped and well maintained. Pool, in-ground trampoline, table tennis table, sandpit, football goals...everything was used enthusiastically. My older grandchildren (12) just said: Grandma, you really chose that well.Thanks to the connection to the S-Bahn, trips to Berlin are easily possible. In short: adults and children had wonderful days.

We had a great family celebration at Villa Pfeffer. We liked the large dining table (indoor and outdoor), the well-equipped kitchen, the bedrooms (comfortable beds and private bathrooms). We also enjoyed using the large pool and hot tub (bring firewood), the sauna and the trampoline. It's not far to Berlin city.

I stayed overnight at Villa Pfeffer, so I can also write something about my room (number 6 on the first floor). Basically, the same applies to Villa Pfeffer: the large grounds and the feeling of space were very pleasant. Villa Pfeffer also has a large lounge with a very large kitchen inside (ground floor). A large table for 18 people complements the kitchen area or lounge. On the ground floor there are four more rooms with bathrooms for overnight stays. The floor plan of the two villas (Salt and Pepper) is very similar. The external staircase also leads to the first floor. There are only rooms there for overnight stays. There are no stairs upstairs inside. It will be difficult for disabled people. If you want to use the toilet, you can use your room (also on the first floor) or the garden. Room No. 6 had a double bed opposite the room door and a double bunk bed to the right of the entrance door. Having the double bed directly under the only window in the room is unsuitable because when the window is open you can feel the draft directly on your head. Less pleasant in winter. On the way to the bathroom there is a massive wooden cupboard on the left, which makes me wonder whether this piece of furniture fits into the room. In both senses the answer is: no! On the one hand, the closet is too big and on the other hand, the closet doesn't fit in with the rest of the interior. It is unclear why the television was mounted on a wall so that the screen can only be seen with extreme neck contortion. On the wall to the left of the door on a movable, rotating bracket would be an ideal location for the television. Then everyone in the room would have a chance to see the screen. It is also unclear why this blue tent is so close to the terrace (like at Villa Salz). Sometimes people need a clear view in order to let their thoughts wander. The size of the sauna is also unsuitable for people with claustrophobia. My conclusion: One point is deducted for not having a toilet in the lower area and another point is deducted for the blue tent. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay in Villa Pfeffer and room number 6.

A highly recommended house. We particularly liked the barbecue shelter. The “best seller” was of course the swimming pool, sauna and tub. The large living-kitchen area in the house is pleasing; he is very communicative. But everyone can easily retreat into the many rooms and bathrooms.

Great facilities and nice roomsThe large living area with kitchen is very suitable for larger groups. The rooms all have their own bathroom with toilet and shower.The house is completely covered in tiles, but there is also some for carpet lovers:o)The oven is huge, as are the washing machines (15kg!!).It's a bit of a shame that the upper rooms can only be reached from the outside, which is a little more uncomfortable in cold and rainy weather, but definitely doesn't spoil the great overall impression.We will definitely come back again and play table football and have a nice game evening by the oven :o)

Great holiday home for those traveling in large groups. There are all sorts of options here for family members, big and small. A great equipped house and all rooms with their own sanitary area. Great outdoor area with sandpit, football field, barrel sauna, hot tub and large heated outdoor pool. Of course, gas and charcoal grill options are also available. Everything was very generous. We have been guests there for the second time and would like to do so again.
