Don't book here, read the reviews! It's right in the middle of a very bad area. The hotel itself is bad, the staff is very unpleasant and the rooms are so old that they are unsave. It was very hot in the room but the window coudnt open. The beds were filthy, the floor was broken up everywhere and the bathroom faucet was so loose that it wasn't working. We left, especially after reading that the staff is stealing jewellery from customers. You even couldn't close the doors on the inside of the room. Not even worth 1 star.

The only thing I liked at the hotel was the breakfast since it seems ok, but the worker touched and arranged breads with a naked hands, so it seems not good.. Even other visitors touch breads with naked hands.The location of the hotel is so dangerous, and dirty since the homeless people are staying near by the hotel. The next building of the hotel is kind of service center for them, and drug people are near by there.Furthermore, the frontdesk workes were not friendly in my experience...

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Druggies literally sleep right outside the hotel, extremely unsafe. No air-conditioning so when you open the window to let the air circulate, you can hear the screaming outside even better. Room was dirty, full of dust and uncleaned trash under the beds. This hotel should not be in business.

Upon arrival at the Munique Hotel Frankfurt, we were shocked by the neighborhood and the drug use on the streets. With small children, we did not dare to leave the car. Since we were traveling through and unfamiliar with the area, we were not aware of this situation. The information about the neighborhood was not clear to us, and the offer of family rooms in this area is absolutely not suitable. We were frightened and did not dare to risk our lives. Therefore, we canceled the reservation within 2 hours of making it. The hotel did not have understanding and refunded only 10%. They got paid from us for nothing.. earning free money I suppose.

Starting from the position: horrible. Full of drunks and addicts. Definitely not safe. The bathroom was in common with the whole floor and there was no soap. They rarely change the room. Position of the room is unclear. The receptionist hardly spoke English, couldn't speak a word of Spanish and asked my friend to do his job by translating for a Spanish couple who had to check in. It took a full half an hour to check us in. I've travelled around the word and never seen such a disgusting hotel.

The hotel is near the station and very convenient, there are nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The drawbacks are the homeless and ************* people outside. Once you get it everything is okey. I will stay again.

Avoid at all costs. Area filled with drug addicts right in front of the hotel. Hotel stinks badly!. The area is the worst in Frankfurt and you will feel unsafe walking in or out of the area. Can't think of a plus for the hotel as it was not even that cheap.
