The staff and the owner were super nice and willing to help with everything. Room was clean and provided us with everything we needed (fridge, kettle, microwave and clean bathroom with towels). It's in very beautiful and calm location.

Very good hotel especially for families on weekends. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Weber (at 1 a.m.!) and had a great stay in this very familiar hotel, which can only be recommended, even on the weekend. Close to Frankfurt and bus connection to the city of Frankfurt very good, clean/well maintained and great value for money

The room was always cleaned properly and it was clean upon arrival. The nice lady at reception was always very nice and helpful.Shower was right in the room but was fine. This was also very clean.The hotel is very suitable for exploring the city of Frankfurt. The connection to it is very good from there.So if you're planning a city trip, you've come to the right place.The only thing I was missing was a refrigerator in the room.

It was a very pleasant stay over the past few weeks with lots of nice conversations on the terrace with the hotel owner and the nice lady at reception.The room was cleaned regularly with fresh towels every day and there were even extras such as a fridge, microwave and kettle.The hallway is covered with red (patterned) carpet and the walls are decorated with pictures, so that the hotel has a totally classic feel, which I personally think is great.There are several parking spaces in the courtyard. Various shopping opportunities are within walking distance. You can reach Frankfurt in just 15 minutes by tram (300 m away).And there is always a contact person on site.Many thanks to the Haus Isenburg team for the great stay. I can only recommend it.

Very pleasant hotel with nice rooms (shower and toilet in the room) each room has a TV and a small refrigerator.The staff is very friendly and helpful and from a purely price point of view, that's completely right, because the price/performance ratio is right here.The rooms are clean and cleaned every day.The sanitary facilities are clean and in immaculate condition.You can feel comfortable there and can only recommend it.

If you value honest and friendly treatment from the always helpful hotel staff, this is the right place for you.The facility is past its best but everything works and the rooms are clean too. Anyone who doesn't pay particular attention to chic but appreciates down-to-earthness will feel at home here.
