A nice hotel, quiet, cozy room with elegant decoration. Very good breakfast. While the WiFi seems not work for every room. Free minibar and welcome fruit in room are great while they are not put the same drinks to every room. My daughter’s room has wine and beers but ours has beers only. While in general, this is still a nice hotel.

I felt very comfortable at all times during my stay at this hotel. Everything is exceptionally well maintained and of a very high quality. I thought the beds were exceptionally comfortable and I slept better than at most hotels. In addition, this hotel has a number of advantages over some of its competitors, such as Frankfurter Hof, which is the exceptional execution of technology in the rooms. The control panel which controls temperature also allows you to set a digital ‘do not disturb’ sign. It feels like a blend of the best traditional features of a Grand Hotel and modern amenities that just make life easier.Overall 5 stars and I’m looking to rearrange my schedule so I can be sure to visit this hotel again.

Love this hotel, very comfortable and subtle luxury. The speakeasy bar is fantastic for a late night drink. Location is perfect in the center of the city near the festival area. Be sure to make time for breakfast which is held in an amazing tea room.

Didn't stay here, but held an event here. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Staff were amazing and were on hand to assist with any problems or questions. We're very accommodating with last minute changes. The restaurant serves lovely food, so recommended for a business lunch.

A beautiful hotel. Staff provides superb service. Rooms are refined/elegant. Huge bathrooms. Great views. Great breakfasts. I have happy memories of my 2 nights stay. A friend of mine stayed in another room, with her daughter. After we left the hotel, her daughter kept reminding me that Thomas was the coolest person, because he took the time to really listen and talk to her. I agree with her. If I visit Frankfurt again, this is the hotel where I plan to stay. Nice to know that such a wonderful hotels still exist in this world of too many hotel chains.

If you are looking for a hotel with a special character, unique history, very good service and comfort as well as an excellent location, don't look further! This is where you want to stay in Frankfurt. Nice and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Of course, you should absolutely have some drinks at the Jimmy's!

A great place to stay in Frankfurt. The best possible combination of tradition, style and really good service. The bar in the basement is a real highlight with a very enjoyable atmosphere. Live piano music in the background, very good drinks and always perfect service make it outstanding. If you want to spend a special night, take this location and stay at the hotel afterwards.

Im sorry, but this Hotel is far from meeting expectations in price vs. perceived value.Next to the ridiculous room rate a whopping 32€ for the car will be applicable. Breakfast extra, of course. This includes that you have to carry your luggage from the car park up a steep ramp and enter the hotel from the front climbing stairs again. Rooms are reasonable clean but from the 90/80ies. Small and brown to beige brown to carpet brown...you get it.Further, Restaurant closed, bar closed...Well, I certainly as well as their “Prinz Hessen” would not appreciate.Staff however is 5 star, friendly and helpful. Changed just because of them to 2 stars.

Very nice, classical style hotel, member of Leadinfig Hotels of the World, in a mass modern decorated business hotel scene. The staff is helpful and smiling. There has been a small misunderstanding with the reception and yhe bellboy so I apparently landed in the wrong room(next door), it was no probelm for me as it was readily cleaned but once the actual owner arrived it meant a bit of a waiting time for him as we sorted everything out. It was nothing to make a fuss about it. The room is very spacious, minibar was free and you had complimentary water and Nespresso. The rooms were also nicely decorated and comfortable. They have a cigar lounge/bar which I loved, small, cozy place. They have two business booths at reception, where you can find computer, printer, scanner and phone. If you are in Frankfurt and would like to stay at a rather classical hotel with a "soul"than modern business set up, definetely worth choosing.
