We stayed in the Premium Deluxe Suite for 2 days/nights. The suite is simply awesome, we've never had anything like it before 😍. Just woooww 🤩. It's a really cool location, with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is so beautiful that we will remember our stay for a long time. The jungle with an outdoor whirlpool was my highlight. Just like the rain shower for two. The service was top notch and left nothing to be desired. Here you can enjoy real togetherness. Top 😍. We'll definitely be back.Everything is just right here. We stayed in the Diamond Deluxe Suite last night. First impression from the outside: Hopefully it doesn't look like that from the inside. The color orange is neither pretty on the outside nor on the inside, in my opinion. And then I came in and almost cried with joy. So beautiful! I've had the suites on my wish list for over 10 years. But I didn't look at the pictures again before the stay and that was exactly the right decision. Surprise! Just wow! If I had booked it myself, I would have known that you wouldn't have to bring anything with you. Not even games! Even my high heels were able to stay in my bag :-D The problems with the jets of the whirlpool, which a previous speaker mentioned, or the occasional music technology, we had those too. I didn't find the salt cave as effective as usual. I didn't even smell salt. We had a big problem with the chlorine bomb in the hot tub outside, but I could still cry with joy at how beautiful it was there. You could also put bath additives in the bathtub. I found “Sponsored by Mama and Papa” very sweet. Oh, the sky above the hot tub inside was quite wonderful. Unfortunately the pole dance bar wasn't that great. It rotates and you have no liability. I have one made of stainless steel at home that I can easily get up and "dance" on. I couldn't use it there. We had ordered breakfast. The worst baked rolls of my life and raw eggs that couldn't be cooked without a stove. Please don't be surprised, this isn't earth-shattering. We had a wonderful stay, for a price that was apparently far from the original price. If the pond in the garden were still a swimming pond and the beach chair was better maintained/protected from the weather, then I would even book it again in the summer. But then leave out the chlorine thing because after washing it three times I still have everything in my hair. It was really wonderful and it was so clean we could have eaten off the floor!! It's definitely not the last time we've stayed in a suite like this from this provider :-) THANK YOU!!!!

Everything as expected and described. We are thrilled. It is very stylishly furnished, the furnishings appear to be of high quality and are clean. The basement with the games room leaves nothing to be desired. The light is also very well adjusted and suitable for beautiful pictures or videos. The food was also very nicely prepared, tasty and the service ran discreetly in the background.All in all a dream, gladly again.

Booked the dream night. Extra early check-in booked at 4 p.m. Unfortunately we stood in front of the meeting point for 30 minutes, but no one heard the bell. We called all the phone numbers but couldn't reach anyone. A tape was playing that asked you to leave your phone number. After waiting for 30 minutes, we got a call back and they made sure we were let in. One star deducted for that because it was raining and very cold. The reception was very nice, everything was shown and explained. An email also arrived promptly with the apology and the information that we were welcome to stay an hour longer the next morning. We found it very nice that the response was immediate. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. Our highlight was the grotto with the great shower. Sauna started very quickly. We didn't find the whirlpool in the upper area to be ideal. Something like a water fountain came out of two openings that we couldn't turn off. SoAs soon as you moved your back away from the opening, the water sprayed over the pool. Maybe we were just too stupid to turn it off... whatever. the lower pool fixed it again. Without any problems. The water bed wasn't ours, but that's a matter of taste. The kitchen is great. Everything you need is there. Fully equipped. I just didn't think it was a great location overall, i.e. in a residential area, so you were more likely to sit in the dark in the morning, yes with light but in a darkened roomOutdoor area for smokers is also great with an awning so you can sit in the dry. Towels, bathrobe, everything was there and smelled really great. Conclusion, great experience thumbs up. We will definitely try a different suite next time, with even better privacy and brightness. Truly a dream night!We booked the Premium Deluxe over New Year's Eve with various additional bookings.We were welcomed very warmly, everything was explained to us very well and we were given a great meal, a mega chocolate fountain and everything was just like in the pictures. What was also important to us, the rooms were all clean, the food and drinks were more than sufficient and there was absolutely nothing to complain about!We will definitely do it again and are already looking forward to it.

About two years ago we stayed in the suite with the cooperation partner behind Wiesbaden. Everything there was really beautiful and very exciting.We were in Frankfurt about three weeks ago. We booked the suite there. Booked a parking space for €8 and looked for the parking space. At the end of the day it was normally usable in the yard. We don't know what you should pay extra for there.Afterwards there was a short introduction and the rooms looked promising.Unfortunately, as with Wiesbaden, the entertainment system was not sufficiently functional.Unfortunately, we also discovered something that was absolutely unacceptable to us in the pool. As the water came in, small "crumbs" came out of the nozzles. It quickly became clear that the pool had deposits and that it had apparently not been cleaned sufficiently. A slightly older review describes the same problem!We then tried to clean the pool, but then had the problem that it took a while until warm water was available again.Well, we made the best of it and the HPT Stone dinner was beautifully prepared again.The games room is nicely equipped and offers a lot.When we left we were a bit surprised. Unfortunately the lady came into the suite about 10 minutes earlier to clean. It's a shame, there was no compensation for that. The provider, in turn, takes the liberty of charging for this if you arrive late.It should be noted, however, that the service staff apologized profusely and still gave us the time.Overall a recommendation due to the lack of alternatives.Short feedback on the answer from the operator:We asked for support with the multimedia system by telephone and used the telephone in question. Unfortunately, the employee was more concerned with telling me that this could be used as usual and as known from home. Ah yes!We then decided not to make any further contact regarding the pool. Such errors, even after maintenance, should not occur in a suite in the upper price segment.I would also like to point out once again that it is my right to write an honest and truthful review here and to express positive and negative criticism!I would be happy to speak to you personally and discuss possible compensation. Unfortunately, the review could not be published earlier for health reasons.

We were there on our wedding anniversary and it was breathtaking. You feel like you're in another world. The atmosphere in this suite is simply amazing. It is very clean and furnished with attention to detail. It was exactly what we wanted. We didn't lack anything!

We were there last night and I have to write a review straight away - everything was perfect from start to finish.We were greeted in a friendly manner (the only thing that initially confused us was "Where should we ring the bell?" - since the location is in a simple residential building and the name is not on the bell). The employee was SO nice, explained everything briefly and friendly, and after 5 minutes you were on your own.The house is spacious, there is a lot to discover, and on the one hand you feel at home (since you have free access to the kitchen etc), but on the other hand you always knew how to reach the staff if something happened.The drinks/small snacks in the fridge AND also in a wine cabinet are available for money, which you simply throw into a mailbox at the end of the trip at your own discretion - I think it's really well regulated!! And everything was well filled :)What I was still missing (complaining at a high level):- vegetarian snacks/pizza- Sauna aromas- There is no remote control in the adventure room and we couldn't use the television - but the media system is also currently being modernized. Next time it will definitely workAll in all:We will be back definitely! Then gladly for 2 nights, because hardly anyone can make the most of all the possibilities here in just one night :D

It couldn't be better!!! We've been there twice, once in the Diamantensuit and once here on the dream night. Everything here is thought out with love and attention to detail. Great service, very very friendly staff. We can only recommend it to everyone. This is the perfect place to escape from everyday life.Thank you very much, we will be back!!!
