This is a great little place to stay in Lumajang. We have stayed twice in 10 days passing through whilst touring Java. It looks fairly new.Rooms are very clean and fresh, comfortable beds, Tea and coffee facilities available. Lovely staff. The Building is also home to a Dental Clinic downstairs, so if you need a checkup go for it. Plenty of Warungs nearby.

Brand new, air conditioning, hot water, the rooms look like they are from an upscale hotel, very clean. And the price pf Rp200K was a bargain. The staff is really nice , processing check-in in less than 5 minutes.Knowing that I had just walked almost 60km between Ambulu and Lumajang and that my initially booking with another hotel was a total disaster, discovering Ni-Er was definitely a great gift!

the room is clean, new, the bathroom is ok. The hot water is always available and heats up quickly. The AC is cold. The TV is also a smart TV. You also get free WIFI, even though if you use it with a basketball team there are around 20 people, the internet will be slow. Overall quite satisfied... The location is great, just cross the basketball court. next door there is an Alfamart and also lots of food can be reached on foot... on the 1st floor there is a dentist...

When assigned to visit the Lumajang area, I always choose Ni_Er. Apart from the spacious rooms, clean and fragrant bathrooms, the service is also very good. Very recommended. Especially in August you can see activities at the stadium because the location is really strategic.

Guesthouse but the rooms are similar to a star hotel, affordable prices, new interior building, city center location, 24 hour reception. Highly recommend if looking for accommodation in Lumajang.The downside might be that it's close to the stadium so when there's an event it's really noisy, sometimes until late at night it makes it a bit difficult to sleep

It's amazing, the most recommended accommodation in Lumajang, I stayed 4 days and 3 nights here, it was really good, the service (the guys are super duper friendly👍🏻) the rooms, the cleanliness, there's lots of food around the accommodation so newcomers like me don't get confused. The price of 200 thousand is really worth it. It's just not enough to refill it like toothpaste/soap, if you stay in it for more than 1 day.It's exciting when weekend mornings are busy because in front of the accommodation there is a stadium. You can see the crowd from the balcony
