Bedlamp did not work, safe in closet did not work, Air conditioning was basically blowing air with no cooling. We asked for extra pillows as the ones they provided would flatten under their own weight, though that did not resolve the problem. The 7th floor entrance door was right next to our room and we would hear every time someone walked through it. Sometimes the wall would shudder as it slammed shut. Breakfast was goodFor the price you pay, this was not worth it

First thing to note, which is not mentioned clearly enough, is that this is not a "usual" hotel. It's an office building where this "hotel" has the 7th floor offices converted in to rooms. …

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in October. We also received an email 3 days beforehand informing us of water damage in the restaurant. The paid 3-course menu would not be available and will not be reimbursed. Breakfast was brought to our room. The shower head also sprayed in all directions. The bedside light was still hanging next to it. The receptionist was very friendly and also brought breakfast to our room.

Sorry, complete disaster. Just the arrival without reception and people. Hallway so dirty. Rooms spacious but everything bad. Cleanliness completely subterranean. There's hardly any water in the shower because it's so calcified. Toilet with toilet stone from years ago. No breakfast and I felt like I was the only guest

Absolute disappointment!After I was given a voucher for this hotel last year, I tried to book several dates for my stay, every time I suggested each date was rejected without explanation. After almost a year of waiting, I was finally supposed to start my trip, although the voucher was only valid for one year and would then expire. I had to take extra vacation to be able to attend this stay.But just two days before my planned arrival, I received an email informing me that the package I had booked (dinner, breakfast) could not take place and that there would be no refund. The lady on the phone (Ms. Seile) explained succinctly that an extension of the voucher was not possible, even though it would expire in just two months.The customer service of this hotel is simply indescribably bad. When I politely asked the lady on the phone, Ms. Seile, to speak to the store manager, I was immediately refused and without any willingness to help. Their rudeness and ignorance were shocking. I politely asked if there was a way to contact the store manager elsewhere to clarify my concerns. But once again I was fobbed off with a hard “no”. I was deprived of any opportunity to communicate my dissatisfaction directly or to find a solution to the problems.It is simply incomprehensible how this hotel can afford to have such an unprofessional and uncooperative attitude towards its guests. Overall, my experience with this hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

We gave away the overnight stay via Groupon and were not disappointed. The recipients had a clean room with a view over the Hohentwiel.All special requests regarding breakfast were taken into account and we were able to enjoy a great breakfast together with a view over Singen.All in all, a clear recommendation - especially to the nice lady at the reception, who tried very hard to take care of everything and was always reachable by phone.Gladly again!

Avoid the hotel at all costs. There is no communication, emails are not answered. You don't want to book vouchers. According to the tour operator, there is already insolvency proceedings. No wonder when you treat guests like this who have already paid.
