We stayed in the beach house apartment 1 type 2 for 14 days. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the landlords and shown access to the underground car park and the apartment. The apartment and the linen package were in perfect condition, the beds were freshly made. For personal reasons, we chose the apartment on the ground floor, facing the courtyard. When booking we were informed by the landlord that this apartment was for guests with dogs. We chose her anyway. We couldn't notice any smells or other traces of the four-legged guests. The facility is very well maintained. Our terrace had a table and two chairs as well as a beach chair. It is only a few steps to the beach via the beach promenade. We parked our two bicycles safely in the bicycle cellar. Our vacation was very relaxing thanks to this accommodation and the surrounding area.

We chose this accommodation (Apartment 3) because of our dog. Dog beach on the doorstep, apartment perfect, facilities perfect and the hosts very friendly. Since we have enjoyed using the accommodation several times now, we are slowly starting to get the feeling of “coming home again”, which is very nice. My husband and I felt very comfortable in the Aurell beach house. The apartment has a great location directly on the beach promenade and the dog beach, a cozy yet modern interior and beautiful large windows. The highlight for us was clearly the fireplace, which we used on a cold, rainy evening. Restaurants and cafés in particular, as well as shopping opportunities, are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The employee we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Our dog was also welcome here. As a potential guest, you have to know that the WiFi is mixed and you shouldn't plan to work from the hotel, but this problem is generally common on Usedom. A small drawback was that there were few consumables such as garbage bags. We had one trash bag for a whole week. If there is any improvement here, I would be happy to give it five stars. We can imagine staying at the Aurell beach house again.

We stayed in the dune house for a week. We have stayed in many holiday apartments, but this one tops them all. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the size was perfect for 2 people (apt 6), the furnishings were very high quality, the bathroom was great (the size of the shower was A+). The cleanliness was also great, no unnecessary stuff that was annoying, everything was very lovingly furnished. The complex leads directly to the beach promenade. The complex is well maintained, the underground car park (accessible by car elevator) is great: great parking options for e-bikes and you can take the elevator directly to the apartments. It was a really relaxing week. And the landlords are always reachable by cell phone and very helpful. We couldn't find the wifi problems mentioned by others; it was always readily available with at least 130 mBit. A little tip for Heringsdorf in high season: if you want to go to a restaurant, make a reservation 1-2 days in advance. Conclusion: when the next stay in Usedom comes up, we go back to the Fink family in the Aurell!

I/we stayed at the Aurell beach house for the last week of January. We had the apartment at the top with the large window front and sea view. What can I say...it was beautiful. I made a short-term reservation by phone one day before arrival. The landlord was very personable. When we arrived, everything went smoothly. From handing over the keys to explaining the underground car park with a car elevator...If you have any questions, we could contact you at any time... there was no need. Departure was also very uncomplicated, there wasn't much going on and we were able to leave a little later after asking.The apartment was a dream. Everything was very clean, the beds were made, everything important from tea towels to dish taps was there. The view is unique.It was a wonderful short vacation. Everything was perfect here, from the friendliness of the landlord to the cleanliness of the apartment/house...everything was great...we'll definitely be back. Go on like that.

We stayed at the Aurell beach house again and felt very comfortable. Since we were there over Christmas, the Christmas tree wasn't missing either. We were particularly happy about the great Usedom calendar. Our special thanks go to the owners! Super nice and always tries to make everything possible for the guest, including short-term extension requests. WE WILL COME BACK! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

We always feel comfortable in the dune house in Bansin. The reception is always friendly. The employees are always helpful.The apartments are great, functionally furnished.This year we chose an apartment with a sauna again. A very good choice.Located directly on the promenade and the beach, the house always invites you to take beautiful walks on the beach.We'll definitely come back.
