Very pleasant, quiet hotel/pensionMy double for single room was very clean. I slept well. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was sufficient and the offerings were of good quality.My special request for a very early arrival (9-10 a.m.) was met without any complications. 👍👍👍

I stayed at the Hotel Pension Seitz for two nights so I can't complain, the price was right and the room was completely clean no dirt no nothing the breakfast was also wonderful so I can't complain I would recommend this hotel to the owner He even asks again if I would like another coffee. It was a great vacation in Wolfsrams-Eschenbach. Hats off to this woman who owns the guesthouse.Kind regards, Niklas Richter

We stayed at Pension Seitz for two nights from May 19th to May 21st.As always, it was a very nice stay.The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is plentiful and lovingly made.Ms. Seitz is always very friendly and accommodatingWe'll be back!

I've been visiting this hotel for years. So it's very family-like for me there. The rooms have been modernized here and there over the years, and the furniture in particular has been replaced. The breakfast room has also been renovated somewhat. The rest of the hotel remained the same. For me it's nice that it has been modernized a little so that the charm of the previous years is still retained.The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and is very nicely prepared. The pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days. There were a few workers present during my stay, but they stayed quiet and weren't loud beyond 10 p.m.The landlady is warm and open. She is also happy to provide tips about the region. The area is very worth seeing.I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed in this guesthouse for just one night and felt very comfortable. The balcony was very nice, where we could sit in the evening and end the day. The beds were great, we slept excellently. The blackout option through the roller shutters is also very good, and the mosquito protection on the balcony window was also very helpful and useful.The breakfast was very extensive, with something for every taste. The rolls are particularly worth mentioning: they tasted like they had just been picked up from the bakery.Special thanks to the very nice and friendly landlady for the opportunity to provide an extra parking space for our car with trailer.

Wonderful hotel-pension. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden, which is ideal for swimming with a pool. Enjoy the evening on the balcony. Near the Upper Gate, the entrance to the MA world. Breakfast recommended.

-Parking spaces are only available at an angle to the footpath;-The entire house is extremely noisy. Several rooms are occupied by domestic and foreign workers. Loud conversations, even on the balconies that are close together (often until after 10 p.m.) are very disturbing.-The breakfast is rich, the coffee offered is very thin.

The small hotel is a bit out of the way and is a bit old. Nevertheless, it can be said that the room, shower and toilet are fine. Everything was clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay so far. The bike could be stored in a garage nearby:

Everything was fine. For 5 stars you would have to replace the furniture with newer ones :). To get to the “city center” you have to walk about 5 minutes along a quiet street. The operators were very friendly. The hotel was quiet.
